New Balance Factory Store Lancaster

I have been dealing with Ed the manager there for the past few years! Class act and will not try to sell you a pair of shoes just to get a sale, He always takes the time to figure the right shoe that works for me. Top notch customer everytime.

My family & I decided to head to the New Balance in Tanger on a whim. We were already at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, but we were in search of a New Balance store, so we traveled to Lancaster. I think we may have spent about 2 hours shopping & trying on clothes & shoes, but it was worth the trip. My Godson got the sneakers he wanted, along with some hoodies, & his grandmother found a few outfits, too.

The Assoc:125929 helped me exchange a pair of sneakers that were defective. He was attentive and was very honest with the defect. I manage a store and truly appreciated the way he took care of me. New Balance has a great employee!!!

The staff there is great, they asked if we needed help right away. They also had exactly what my husband was looking for,and they were on sale. Great store. The isles are wide enough for a wheelchair. Handicapped accessible.

Excellent store! I got immediate and wonderful help from Sarah ! She hooked me up with a great pair of the shoes I was looking for in a different color!! Really was on the ball!
The woman at the register was trying to help me get a discount and asked me my age. I was thrilled that my age gave a me a discount! However, some guy (manager?) started giving her the business about asking my age. It certainly seemed more like he didn't like that she helped me get a discount, and that meant less money for the store. That's how it came off. But, I SAY that she was wonderful in trying to help me. She could tell I was good with the question. Those two ladies really made my memories and experience great of this store.

Great selection in all sizes and widths. Saved a few bucks on the buy one get the 2nd at 50% off. And the employees are helpful and nice! Love this store.

I love the New Balance outlet. They had so much on sale. I purchased two pairs of sneakers for $104. The sneakers cradle your feet and are so comfortable. I plan a return trip in September!

Friendly staff. Clean store. Decent selection, not too many in larger sizes. Clearance wall was full. Almost everything qualified for the sale! This made shopping easy and took the guesswork out of item selection. I definitely recommend this location.

Eddie was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He assisted my husband proficiently and made friends with my 2.5 year old son while helping him and I find sneakers that fit well. He was honest about sizes and very helpful. I can't say enough good things!!! Will definitely return!!!

It's great that they carry larger sizes. At 6'7", I wear a size 15 shoe (or occasionally a 14 wide). They had both sizes and a decent selection of shoes. With the BOGO sale, I got 2 pairs for about $130. One of the ones I wanted wasn't in stock in my size, bit I could order it and have it sent to my door, free of charge. I now I have good sneakers and good hiking shoes.

My mother went in for walking shoes and was helped by Eddie. This guy is a top notch employee and is probably a manager or at the very least a shift lead. I say top notch and make the assumption because he is very knowledgeable of not only the shoes that New Balance makes but of comparable shoes made by competitor brands. He asked a lot of great questions to get my Mom into a good pair of shoes and after her first use of them she came home saying they were the best pair of shoes she’s ever owned. I hope the rest of the workforce are as good as Eddie is, because if they are, you can trust when you walk in there that you will get the proper shoe for your feet and not be sold something just because they want you to buy something.

They pack an awful lot of punch into this tiny little store. These guys could definitely use more square footage. Every shoe they make is available at the outlet store and they have a nice large clearance items sale in the back as well. I was able to get two outstanding pairs of shoes including one pair of the clearance rack for under $100. Located right in the Tanger outlets it's not hard to find parking is very easy and straightforward.

Staff is always nice and very helpful. Usually always have the sizes i need in stock and when they dont, they can usually order it and in my experiences, the orders have always been delivered in 2-4 days

As always a great store with great employees. They always have my size even though I have big feet. Very helpful. The 993 are the best shoes I have ever worn.
