My dad called in from out of state to have flowers delivered for my birthday. He was very embarrassed that they never arrived because he was not informed that they were closed on Mondays. I was disappointed to see the flowers delivered late in the day on Tuesday were obviously old with many brown spots on the leaves. I wish my dad could have got better service and a better quality product for his money.

I ordered flowers for my wife 3 days prior to the delivery date. I wanted them delivered to her at her place of business which is a school. On the day of delivery I waited patiently until 1:24 pm and I called the shop because they weren't delivered yet. The lady that answered told me that the arrangement was ready and would be delivered within the hour. That would have been great because my wife doesn't usually leave until 3. At 3:15 I was thinking it was odd my wife didn't call me yet, so I called her. She was just leaving work and I had to awkwardly tell her that I ordered flowers to be delivered to her. I called the store again and they blamed me for not specifying a time. They said they were on the way at that time and it took another 20 minutes to be delivered when they are only 15 minutes away form my wife. My wife had to stay in the parking lot after work to receive her flowers. I sent a message on the store's website and emailed they about my disappointment. They didn't even bother reaching back out to me.
