The dental department is one of the best... Very friendly and courteous, you don't feel a thing and very quick..

I have been a patient here for over 12 years. They are wonderful. They have truly helped me to change my life. The doctor and the staff are great. It is very hard to find a good Psychiatrist and I have been so happy for all of these years. I used to be so depressed and overwhelmed. I worried about everything. They have helped me to make changes, not only with meds, but also through changing the way I think to change the way I feel. I cannot thank them enough.

They always make me feel so good here. The doctor always makes feel better when it is a bad day. The check in/check out girls are wonderful. I love this place.

Excellent. Kind and compassionate

Never did I think I’d have to write a review but here we are.
I have yet to come across a decent dentist in this area (ones that accept Medicaid, which is already DIFFICULT)
I’ve been to this office twice. I completely understand you’re working with patients who mostly offer Medicaid benefits, sure. But we are still HUMAN BEINGS. I had no issues with the receptionist.
I’m someone who suffers with anxiety and anxiety of the dentist(as usually is everyone). If you are someone who is anxious about going to the dentist, DO NOT go here. I stated I had anxiety and was told to go elsewhere because they don’t offer sedation(which I understand, but I did not need to be sedated, I was just anxious :) ) I felt rushed out of the appointment after stating I had anxiety, barely looked at my teeth and missed one completely that I wanted looked at. Overall, I felt like I was discriminated against for being scared of the dentist? Being told that I need to be hospitalized was completely humiliating.
Please be nicer to patients, trust me, we also don’t want to be there just as much as you. :)

Receptionist is rude & lazy. Because the receptionist wouldn't, the dental assistant would have to walk around to the computer to schedule me an after 4pm apt because that's as early as I could make it there during the week. The receptionist made it obvious she was not wanting to stay that "late". When I came in for the apt, the receptionist said, "what are you here for?" in a rude tone. No hello, or anything. I told her just a regular cleaning that I have an apt reminder on paper of this time and date. She said we canceled that because that dental assistant no longer works here and that shes not scheduling anyone to be here later than 2:30pm. I said that I don't think I recieved that information, that my apt got canceled without any rescheduling either. The receptionist cut me off while I was speaking saying she knows I recieved the call because she made the call. But there was no communication regarding that cancelation. I have no voicemail, or missed call. If I would have been notified that they canceled my apt on me, I would have not wasted my time going there in the first place. I won't be back.

receptionist was VERY rude and lazy. They were more worried about eating chips and listening to music than seeing patients that had appointments. Had appointments for my wife and 2 kids and they could only see the kids, and was making it a big deal that they had to see them even tho it’s been scheduled for 6 months now. Made up excuses why they couldn’t see us today and was like we can reschedule it. I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Staff is very rude also. I will be finding somewhere else after today.

I scheduled an appointment 6 months ahead of time, arrived before my appointment time and was still told I could not be seen because they didn’t have time.

The staff is lazy and unempathetic. Dr. Caleb Giost needs a knew profession, or needs to take Dentistry lessons from Dr. David Sazzrel in Carmichaels. That Man is a true and wonderful Dentist along with his staff. Absolutely wonderful staff. Unfortunately Dr. David Sazzrel is no longer taking knew patients .

receptionist was VERY rude. i was 5 minutes late (which you're allowed to be 10 minutes late) she sat there talking about me to another patient for about 10 minutes. when i went to tell her i was there she asked me to reschedule because i was 10 minutes late. i went to tell her i was there within 5 minutes and she cut me off saying "no you weren't". i will be taking my business elsewhere because that was highly inappropriate and ignorant.

Caleb Goiat is very rude, and his work is not very good at all. I have cavities filled that have come apart, they don’t match the the color of the rest of my teeth. I will not be going back. I’ll drive an hour away if I have to l, just to find someone different. And more kind.

This used to be a good dentist office, but it’s really gone down the drain

Awful! At one point I waited an hour and half to be seen! The dentist wouldn't even tell me what she was doing and i had to have a tooth extracted and since they only had part of the tools they needed they left the tooth half pulled! #very upsetting!

Terrible I had a fractured tooth the doctor would not write me out any pain meds and they didn't send my antibiotics to the pharmacy terrible place to have dental work done

Lazy staff, poor customer service
