Super 8 by Wyndham Waynesburg

I’ve had bad luck with Super 8s in the past but not this one. While the property is a little older it is very clean and well maintained. Rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. Everything worked as it should. Price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

1st & foremost, the place was clean & they didn’t up charge 500% for WVU graduation weekend like everywhere else within 45 min. Very convenient right off the highway. We arrived very late, about 1am, and were greeted by the owner who was very friendly & seemed to want to please & make sure we were happy with our room. Although a bit dated furnishing & fixture wise; I noticed the hallway carpets were very clean, as was the room. Bathroom was immaculate. Not even a tinge of mildew. The bed was a bit firm for my liking (not uncomfortable) but perfect for my husband. The pillows were very comfy for both of us. Bedding & towels were clean & fresh & the room was obviously recently painted with newer flooring. If not, it’s kept up very well. The coffee was good & continental breakfast as good as anywhere else but also included a waffle maker. I have 0 complaints & honestly hate to spend a lot when you just need a nice clean place to sleep.This fit the bill! Good soundproofing as well. Didn’t even hear my husband in the bathroom much less any “neighbor” noise. I also felt safe stepping outside alone as there were picnic tables right outside the door & I felt the owner was keeping an eye out. All around good, restful night’s sleep.

The hotel room and facilities are very clean. We were very surprised that our room had a microwave and mini fridge! Breakfast and coffee was nice. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town. :-)

This is one the best place to stay, i had a great experience at the Super 8, i highly recommend it,also they are very cooperative,they treat you like a family.
Please try you definitely like this place to stay.

Stayed here one night passing through on our way down south and given what it is and what you pay I’d say we were more then happy. I came in late after doing 10+ hours on the road and I think the clerk could tell I was exhausted lol … he worked quick to get us in and if I pass through again I would stay again. Conveniently right off the highway!

This was a perfect stop for our family as it was right off the highway, had a free breakfast (the kids loved the waffles), and the rooms were perfect for a restful stay. The night clerk, Raj, was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed, including putting us in rooms across the hall from each other and making sure we had a fridge with a freezer since we were travelling with ice packs and breast milk. I would highly recommend this place for a family friendly and budget friendly place to stay. We will definitely be making this stop here again on our annual trip to visit family. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

One of the cleanest motels I've been in in a long time will definitely go back when I'm in the area very nice people that deal with at the front desk

This hotel is clean I’ve stayed in a couple different rooms and the smell good and clean. They just remodeled the hotel last year. It’s better that the quality in I’ve stayed at

Checked in at midnight on my roadtrip from NY to GA. The attendant was very friendly. The bed was so comfortable, it took no time at all to fall asleep. They even have veteran parking!! Excellent addition.

The room was newly remodeled and a great place to get some much needed sleep! The front desk was welcoming and friendly!

Check in quickly and easily, lots of parking and places to eat nearby, easy access to interstate. Room was clean and had everything you need, TV, hair dryer, fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable and clean. Temperature in room controlled with the remote, handy

Its a budget hotel, From Budget to 5 star hotels you visit now days never expecting to see a perfectly clean room with crisp sheets nice pillows and blankets. That is hard to come by now days. Tonight I have a safe place to sleep a pillow to lay my head and warmth. I don't see any traveling bugs and if there is a spider around I'll live I'm a country girl. What I did get was someone behind the desk that seen me in complete distress from traveling 6 hrs through mountains in a snow storm trying to make it home to northern Ohio on a budget that did not include getting a room tonight. He worked with me gave me a break and was considerate to my situation. That is customer service. Thank you for your compassion and understanding. My life is important to me I truly appreciate my room.

From the beginning was easy to book, great customer service, continental breakfast was good. Rooms clean. If or when I go back this will be the hotel.

EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their investment in the recent renovation was absolutely a great idea, they definitely have some of the nicer rooms in the area.

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was nice and comfortable and good pillows. The only complaint was a lack of chain on the door and the deadbolt was really difficult to put on. The staff was lovely and very nice.
