Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mike's! Sandwiches are always fresh. The staff is extremely friendly, I want to mention Sarah in particular always has a wonderful smile and her personality is beautiful. Kudos to whoever hired this young lady. I have to say I have visited Jersey Mike's in 4 different states and the employees are always extremely friendly, and the customer service is awesome! Thank you so much for your hard work and service.

What can I say? I ordered a call in, it was there and ready when I got there- you can’t control the business of a restaurant, only the time of day you pickup- I’ll have to try a bit earlier next time- sub was fine, I usually order the largest one for my husbands’ work lunch so he has plenty to eat- all but $20 is a bit salty on a sub, but when you are in a rush, it will do😉

My aunt and I had take out yesterday. Partway thru eating our delicious subs… I realized… we both had ordered Italian subs but, the meat on both of our subs was ONLY ham. That was definitely a mistake. The subs were very good but, the order was made wrong. Just making you aware so whoever is assembling the subs to be more cautious. I used to work at 2 sub shops and I know how easy it is to mess up. So I give you grace. 😉

Second time I have been here now, once with my son and then again with the whole family. Awesome subs and only heightened by the fact that they put bacon on almost everything. When it comes to the sandwiches they pile on the meat and cheese, definitely enough to fill even the hungryest of hungry. I like what they have done with the toppings as well by keeping it simple with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and if you like it a little hot jalapeños. Most chain sandwich shops over do it on the toppings to hide the fact that they give you little helpings of meat and cheese and up charge you for more. The employees atleast at this particular location are top notch and on the ball. It was smack dab in the height of the lunch rush when we came in and once again unlike some other chain sandwich shops I have been to lately everyone was hard at work. Everyone was doing their job making sure that every order was filled and filled right. I personally was preoccupied with snapping some good pics and they still got my sandwich made quickly and correctly. This crew had just about moved the entire lunch crowd through before our departure even having time to pose for a pic after cleaning up. I asked one of the employees hiw they did it and she informed me that they had a system and from what I saw it works. I do have to mention as I do in most of my reviews that it is nice to see that all customer service oriented establishments have not gone down hill since the pandemic. Last but most certainly not least the restaurant it self was also clean and well organized including the bathrooms which even smelt good.

Came here 15min away from closing and they were very friendly and helpful and had no bother that we came there late esp when it looked like they were closing, customer service was excellent and will def come here again!

It's our first time trying one of these, and we were not at all disappointed. Our subs were prepared promptly, and exactly as we wanted them. We chose to eat in, in contrast to most of their business at this time being takeout. Music was on, and it was neither too loud nor too obnoxious. If this is typical, we will be giving this company more of our business in the future.

The Italian sub is always wonderful. Everything is fresh cut while you watch them make your sandwich. I noticed a framed picture of what appeared to be logos or stamps of a lot of different Jersey Mike's locations through the years. Every one of them had this little squiggly mark on it as if it was a trademark or something. The workers at the restaurant could not tell me what the squiggly Mark is. If anyone else knows please share. I will post a picture. When I use the Google lens to look for the item I get pictures of snakes and I know it's not that.

What great service from Julius, Robin and Jack!! Our sub- turkey club sub was awesome! We will definitely be stopping here again and trying other Jerseys Mike's because of how great this location was!! They even gave our dog a piece of bacon 🥓!! Just Wow!!

First off the staff was very helpful and seemed to be all in great moods. Was nice to see the owner working the counter slicing meats and cheese. We had a #13 the original Italian and gotta say it reminds me why I miss Jersey. Sandwich had plenty of meat and toppings. I recommend you stop in and have a great hoagie cause you wont find one that's any good near by

My visit here was absolutely amazing, I was greeted once I entered through the door. There was a very nice woman with blue hair was an absolute breath of fresh air, it made ordering there easier since she was very polite and easy to talk to. Once I got down to the register she had my fully done and ready for me before I was ready to pay. Once I was finished paying the woman with the blue hair wishes me a great day and hoped that I had a safe trip home. I do believe that the woman with the blue hair deserves a raise and/or promotion because she’s an amazing worker and great team member.

Love their #13 Mike's way with banana peppers. Last time I was there I ordered this but didn't realize they gave me a turkey instead of a 13. Honest mistake, they both sound the same over the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. They fixed it quickly and upgraded me from A mini to a 6 inch. No questions asked. Quite frankly, when I crave an Italian hoagie, I come here.

I'm a sandwich guy. I love a well made sandwich and Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. The pricing is right for the value, and you have hot, cold, wrap and salad options on the menu.

I love that this location is always clean, and the staff is friendly. It can get pretty busy in there, so if you go inside, be patient.

Oh, and if you like the vegetables that come when you get it "Mike's Way" I highly recommend it. Especially for what is known as the 'juice'; a tangy oil based dressing that really makes the sandwich zip! Of course you can bypass the 'juice' if that's not your thing and just get the rest loaded on.

Try them out if you haven't yet. I'm confident you'll enjoy the experience!

I tried to order online last night but it wasn't letting me. I called store instead & they let me know it was because they were closing in 20 minutes but they would be happy to make my sub if I thought I could get there in time. Well I made in the door with only 3 minutes till close. Now anyone that works food or retail knows you hate those last minute customers but they were so nice & gave service with a smile. So I would like to give a shout out to Josh & Marina for making my delicious last minute sub & a smile with it! Great job & thank you!

It's hard to go wrong with choosing any subs on their menu. The subs are so incredibly fresh and blow away other chains specializing in subs. It's typically a quick in and out with a friendly super efficient staff. Well done!

It's been a while since I was there and I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken bacon ranch they now offer. It's not even on the same planet as the one from Subway.

I love Jersey Mike's. There is no other place I would rather go to for subs, especially steak and cheese. We have ordered from them so, so many times and every single time the food is perfect, hot, and fresh. They're always professional, kind, and enthusiastic at the store. I needed to make a change to my order, I called them, and they did it for me and told me they were happy to serve me. I cant think of a better place for subs. Also, their cold subs are amazing, layered high, and so good. The meat is top tier and the vegetables are fresh, as are the ingredients. I highly recommend you get food here, you wont regret it.

I love this store. The employees are very polite and patient, especially the girl with the blue and blonde hair I believe her name is Shay. I just love the spirit they have. You don’t really go to many places and see the smiling faces anymore.

Great customer service and quality sandwiches. I order a hot and cold and both were equally delicious. The cashier even asked how my day was and seemed genuine… parking is limited and getting in and out on that road isn’t always fun, but worth it to me!

A+ food and customer service! Can’t wait to come back.

Jersey Mike’s is my go to for a lot of my meals. I come here 2-3 times a week, I am always greeted at the door by the staff and they are always friendly. The subs are fantastic and as far as I am concerned I do not go anywhere else for subs! Great job team and I am so happy you all are doing so well here in Chambersburg!
