La Eda's Restaurant

Delicious food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Easy to find. The only drawback is they don't accept credit/debit cards, cash or personal check only. Overall, a great dining experience with authentic Italian cuisine!

Excellent food and service; they make you feel very welcomed and it’s most appreciated. The cook even let me try Tripe, which was excellent. Even the chocolate cake was delicious! Thank you from your friends at Charleroi Sweeper Company; we appreciate you!

Soon as you walk in this place you can smell good homemade Italian food. We love coming here. Brought family here when they was visting and they really like the food also. You always get huge servings, so we leave with leftovers. You see numerous people on the bar side picking up take out orders, so it's well known in the area of great Italian food.

What else is there to say than Pizza Burger..... a burger with 2 pieces of pizza as the buns!!!!! And the pizza is awesome!!!! Just make sure u save room for the Chocolate Lava Cake bc it is melt in your mouth amazing!!!

P.S. just bring cash as they don't take cards.

First time being at La Eda's. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was exceptional. The only surprise was it is cash only. We will definitely return.

This is the best Italian restaurant around in our area. Great food, great servers, great atmosphere, and amazing food. Very affordable. We live ve all the employees.

Come correct when you go to La Edas. This place is a staple of Monessen it is been here long before I was born and I am proud to work directly next to it I love you guys you are great keep doing what you are doing respect on so many levels thank you so much for bringing your amazing food and environment to this great city

Since I was heading to Monessen today for a car show, a friend recommended La Eda's in Monessen for lunch. Was I glad she did!

The penne pasta with meat sauce was really flavorful and came with fresh Italian bread. The portion was so large that I could only eat half.

In a conversation with Cindy, the waitress, I had mentioned I was going to the car show. So, after she brought the take out boxes, she told me that she could put the leftovers in the refrigerator for me so that I could pick up after the car show! Talk about good service!

Born and raised in Monessen, La Eda's has been around for as long as I can remember, it's a family friendly, traditional Italian restaurant. Burgers, pizza and tripe are my favorite!

First time visiting today. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the manicotti, cheesy garlic bread, and their wedding soup 🤤. My son loved the spaghetti with a giant meatball added. My sister said the lasagna was great. And my mother raved about their viarety platter (gnocchi, ravioli, and I believe spaghetti). The platter is definitely something you can share. They offer plate sharing for $3 extra. Will definitely return!

Great service and big portions. Always worth a trip to this restaurant. I like assortment and they have a plate of raviolis, spaghetti and gnocchi on one plate for bad deciders like me.

What a wonderful place. Generations of families go here to eat delicious foods. Sometimes you wait longer than you wanted,but anyone who has been here knows to expect that possibility and waits anyway. 😊

We stumbled on this place to eat after learning that By George was closed. I was starving and, even though we had some reluctance, we decided to live adventurously. We were blown away by the stained glass decorum, outstanding service, divine salad and delicious food. Our only regret is not having dessert. We will be back. 🎂

Old school Italian American restaurant with a bar. I always get the meat raviolis (as close as I’ll ever get to my dear grandma Mufalda’s) and house salad with cheese. Fantastic servers there too!

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in the valley. I've been going here for a long time and never have any complaints. Get the meat ravs. Best item on the menu but that's according to me
