WVU Medicine Family Medicine Scottsdale

Dr. Means is and always has been a fantastic doctor. However, the practice of wvu medical has ruined the experience of a family practice and turned it into a corporate business. You have become a number and a profit to them. Everytime you call in you speak to no less than three different people.
They mischedule appointments, have an absolute disconnect from the patients. And the receptionist on site tend to consistently have an i dont want to be here sarcastic demeanor. Asking them the simplest of questions will result in scowl and and a standard response of "thats not my problem" or "it's not my job".
I am not able to surmise the cause, be it the call center or Cindy and the other receptionist. But being told that my earliest available appointment with my PCP is in two months is unacceptable.

I am absolutely furious! I called and spoke with 2 different people to make an appointment. The first question I asked is "do you take my insurance." They both said yes. Made my appointment and arrived only to be told they don't take my insurance. I dove 30 minutes to get there not feeling well with my 2 year old. All the receptionist could say is "well I didn't make the appointment, our call center gets things wrong sometimes. We can still take you but you have to pay for it."
