I have bought jackets on Monday a large and a small size. And also needed xs and L size for my sister and brother as a gift. So went back on Wednesday to buy same jackets so I did pick two jackets from the rack where sigh says 40% off. I knew where it was on Monday. It didn’t say any specific items. I was with my newborn baby myself needed help to check out but the cashier and Manager were not paying attention and asked the price to check, she said it was full price and doesn’t apply the discount and a short lady cashier took off the sigh as I told her it is hanging on. Waited for manager to speak but she said she is the manager and can’t honor and match the price I bought on Monday for the discount and she simply ignored me with my crying baby. I am not foolish to ask discount without any sign, I work for retail stores and know the policy. Now I am totally frustrated with this incident and not wanting to shop at Hollister anymore. Your employees are too rude, full of attitude and disrespectful with the customers.

You wanna know what sucks about this place? The miserable employees that clock in with an attitude and take it out on customers. Word of advice if someone hasn’t personally gone out of their way to be rude to you, then you shouldn’t be rude back. There was one girl today on sales floor 8/21 that had the nastiest attitude and made the whole place reek. I hope the managers figure out who it is and fire this weirdo.

Be careful there are signs are confusing- sign only states 20% on rack with few different items then salesstaff says only certain items on sale - guess depends on how business is that day -- overpriced go online at gap for better quality

Very unprofessional. Only offer minimum wage. No raises. They treat their staff like actual garbage and don’t hold themselves accountable for their own mistakes. Worst place to work.
