Pechin Market Dunbar

Decent prices on nearly everything. Clean store and a nice selection of brands. The wrapped meat prices cannot be beat. And there is a wonderful deli here too. Nice people to deal with and a shopping experience that doesn't differ much from any other grocery store in the area. I don't understand some of these reviews. I guess some people will always find something negative to say. Don't hesitate to shop here as it is a nice grocery store.

My company has an account here. We do all our household supply and food supply shopping. The store is always well stocked, employees are helpful and food is fresh. It is very important that everything is in order when you are shopping for such large accounts. I would recommend this for everyday living shopping as well.

I love Pechins! I feel their prices are the lowest for so many everyday items and their selection is impeccable! Really fortunate to live close enough to make it our one stop shop for everything we are looking for. Especially old school rare ingredients and local treasures. Added bonus is that it resides in the same plaza as rural King and a flea market mall (weekends).

I'm a frequent Pechin shopper, mostly every morning. I just want to express my opinion on the store personnel. My experiences with everyone from the stocking people, produce , bakery, and meat department employees are great. The cashiers do a fantastic job, especially when the lines are full, which is quite often, and some of the rude people that they endure during their shifts. I frequent the express aisle and really enjoy talking to Kathy, she is very polite, efficient, and starts my day with some laughs. My Pecin experiences over the years has been great, and hopefully they will continue, which I know it will, , as I continue to do my grocery shopping.

They have a great selection of cheese, bread and bakery items. Their cakes are pretty good. The store looks awful but it's better than the old one that burned down. To shop at Pechin's, you have to look past its appearance and expect you won't be able to get everything you could in a regular store. I think It's worth it because they have things you won't find in a regular store. Shopping there is nostalgic for me. I've been shopping there since I was a kid and was terribly embarrassed that my mom made me go there. LOL

In my view the best bakery and deli hot foods, not to mention other departments. Had a last minute and they took a late order for me. I travel from Perryopolis and have no problem doing it.

If you need a cake you gotta use Pechins Bakery! Need a sandwich ring? Order a fresh sandwich ring and go to the deli and get your own meats and cheeses and it is the very best and so fresh. I do this for just about every party/dinner I go to!

I've driven in from Ohio and Pittsburgh to shop at Pechins all the way back to the early 80s.
Pechins was everything to everybody long before Walmart even had the idea to do it. Low prices good customer service and all.
My parents would bring me there as a kid when we go see Grandma in Uniontown.
this is simply a great family business that's been there for many many years. the original Beach and should be called a landmark and should be preserved. I wish a lot of you and had the chance to see the old business how it operated with the hardware store the leather shop the burger joint in that old parking lot in downtown Dunbar.
The place was rough it was simple but you could get the best deals on the best products in there.
many times I would pull out of there with a pickup truck load of groceries in an extremely reasonable price and would divided among several of our families.
A worthwhile place owned and run by worthwhile people. God bless Pechins.

been going here since I was a child. It's definitely not the same as the old store which was absolutely the best grocery store. Times change but this one is still alot better than any chain grocery store by far.

I shop here for my dad, and we get good quality food for a reasonable price. The employees are really nice also especially the deli workers.

A regular stop for us. Prices are good and selection is good. Bakery, Firehouse Restaurant are always good and prices at the beer store are also good.

Love Pechins Market and excellent lower prices with everything even the lichen sink if looking hard enough you're going to find exactly what you needed
