Great prices, and a great overall experience. My Sumitomo Encounter's were well balanced and my wheels didn't get dinged up or scratched as they have when dealing with other tire and lube businesses. I have sent my father there as well and he too had a good experience. Don't let the bare bones appearance of this business deter you.

Slow but good. No free coffee or snacks. Little Cook should step it up like them fancy chain oil change places. Dancing waitresses on ice skates, x rated flicks in the waiting room. Modernize the place!

I've been a customer for many years.
The management had always been friendly, but now with Keith in place, I honestly will shop no where else.
I brought my car for, what I thought, an impossible problem to solve.
I had a suspicious feeling I had purchased bent rims with bad tires, because my car would vibrate violently around 40 MPH and reappear around 60.
That made highway speeds not fun.
The Good news, only 1 was indeed bent.
The tires were OK.
The great news, I can't tell anymore.
Keith came out to personally inspect my vehicle, preformed some sort of magic touch on my tires, suggested his fix so we proceeded.
I no longer feel the vibration my car had, making my vehicle enjoyable to own again.
The trust I have for this little place is unreal.
Please go see them for your Oil Change and Tire needs, no matter what your issue is.

I had a screw in my tire. My wait time was under 10 minutes. The screw was removed, was checked for a puncture and balance was checked in all 4 tires. I had no puncture and was not charged. I bought the guys donuts for their time. I travel for my job and now am reassured I will be safe. Thanks

Right before a bad snow storm, I ended up with a flat tire, we went to Walmart to have it "repaired", and they didn't even fix it. I called everywhere around the next day for help, but no one would even answer my questions. A coworker recommended this place, and let me tell you, they were amazing. They drove a mile to blow up my tire so I could drive it in without further damage, they inspected it, and when they found out it wasn't fixable, they did everything in their power to make sure I could get back on the road that day. I cannot recommend them enough. So friendly and willing to go the extra mile (literally lol) for their customers.

Very smart attendants ,helpful on car needs,fluids,tires,brakes ,air pressure in tires,and they will check anti- freeze ,very good for Connellsville ,pa. Area ,decent rates. Walk in & talk to the guy at the desk,very helpfull.I highly recommend

Never had a problem with service here, they're always willing to help out too. Have taken my car with a few flat tires there a few times, and they're always quick to get your car back to you and back on the road.

Very inexpensive place to service your vehicle. If you purchase the parts they will install it for you or have them do all the leg work. Either way a great place to go for vehicle maintenance instead of the bloodsucking franchises like NTB or Midas.

Best place to buy tires, hands down. Don't forget your oil change, brakes, and various services. Number one in my book, what else matters? Excellent West Side Tire, keep up the good work.

The guys were very friendly and professional. They had my tire fixed quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

They took the time to figure out why my car was hitting so hard I couldn’t beat the price they’re super nice there I recommend them for everything oil changes break changes especially with the tire department thanks again guys
