I wish our experience was worth the 5 stars other people rated. I Ordered 15 Training Tables, 8 Kidney Tables and 4 rugs from my local supplier (Harrisburg Office Furniture) on 11/22/23 . After a series of phone calls and escalations, I learned COE was handling the Kidney Tables portion of my order. I do not know if they were involved in the Training Tables.

After 17 weeks from order date, the order for the 8 kidney tables was cancelled. I had to take the unusual step of contacting COE directly (usually, you only deal with your local supplier). Initially, they refused to even take my name and number for a call back. 2 phone calls and 2 emails left me without any new information, so we cancelled the order.

Update - I received a call from COE. I was hopeful. We agreed on the phone they would fulfill my order - my only requirement was i didn't want to pay more than my original deal. They came back with a quote that did not honor the 5% discount because they claimed my 17 week delay was not their fault. I said that was unacceptable. They told me "you are clearly not interested in finding a solution"
