Yankee Candle

Went in to purchase my supply of candles today. I also had the very difficult task of putting my mum's photo on a candle jar for my sister for a Xmas gift. Our mum just passed away one month ago so the tears were flowing during this process. Brandon, what a sweetheart. You were both helpful and compassionate during a very sad but important time and I will be forever grateful. Thank you. Gorgeous store and helpful staff. Great job YYC.

The short pudgy redhead with glasses and the store manager are rude. The redhead smells like she needs to shower more often. Should not have 30 clearance candles on the same table as full price candles. Everyone in line had to step out of line to make new selections to get the b2g2. The store signs say “ENTIRE STORE” b2g2. So that should include clearance as well since it’s all mixed in together.

If you don't ship to Canada why do you have a .ca website? When people go to the Canadian web site perhaps it should prominently say you don't want Canadian orders rather than wasting people's time putting together an order that in the end they can't actually order.
