We stayed in an owl cabin the first week of July. We loved it! This campground is very clean and well kept. Very nice game room and store and mini golf. Very quiet at night. Twice we went to the nearby natural waterslide and it was amazing. The staff are super friendly and efficient!!

We stayed here as a Harvest Host guest. This was our first Harvest Host experience, it was awesome!
Check in was smooth. We had electric and water and could dump. We only needed one night so being accommodated like that was very much appreciated. A lot of places have a two night minimum. We need to go back to ohiopyle so we will remember you! We went during the week so it was super quiet and very clean.

My family and I have been going to Benner's since 2017 and we have rented regular sites, group sites and cabins! We love this place and it seems to be getting better. They've added yurts, more cabins and now they also rent gulf carts. They have many things to do including mini gulf, an arcade, dog parks, regular parks, a kiddie pool and a regular pool that goes to 9ft, laundry areas, bathrooms/showers, lakes and ponds, a little store, a Gaga pit I think it's called, a star gazing platform and many different activities among a few other things and it's about a 10 minute drive or so to Ohio Pyle among many other places. The ppl there are friendly and it's very family oriented. The workers are also very helpful and friendly most of the time. This last time we went, they were nice to me but apparently not my kids or the ppl we brought. It rained for like an hr and a half, my kids were swimming and the workers seen 3x and didn't say anything. Then someone complained and they rudely made them get out and shut the pool down for the rest of the day. It rained for 1 1/2 hrs. Then they also had everything else closed down to and it was early. Part of the reason we stay there is for the amenities and this time they had them closed half the time we were there and they close everything early. Why would you do that at a campsite? Other than that all our other experiences were great and we still enjoyed ourselves this time as well. We will definitely keep going back. I just wish the friends we brought could've gotten the full experience because this was their 1st time EVER camping but they still enjoyed themselves and want to come back as well! I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families!

Took my 3 year old camping by myself for the first time, was a little nervous going into it but this place is perfect. They truly treat guests like family, the lovely workers at the front desk took care of my son’s ice cream and popcorn (they have an “ice cream fund”), very very family friendly. There’s fishing, playgrounds, a pool, mini golf, an arcade room… this place is my new favorite campground.

This place was a gem. We arrived late and were tired. The office staff was very nice and informative of things in the area. The pool was clean, laundry facilities were immaculate and the game room was fun. Our sites were pull throughs and close to everything.
Lots of hills getting to this park but was every bit worth the drive.

Great location! First time at this campground & it was very nice for a busy Memorial Day weekend! We camp in a travel trailer with our Lab. The gravel road & campsites were much appreciated when walking the dog after the thunderstorms so my shoes didn’t get muddy. Lots of convenient poop bag stations too!
Our site was closer to other sites than we’re used to but we had very friendly neighbors on all sides.
Unfortunately, the weather on Sat. afternoon was severe thunderstorms & hail! So the food & entertainment wasn’t fully able to be enjoyed. The Haw’t Dogs food tent on Fri. was terrific & it was nice not to have to cook after setting up!
More rain storms on Sunday evening prohibited us from fully enjoying our campfire after 8pm but up until then everyone around us were enjoying their campfires as well! The new bathhouse looked nice although we didn’t need to utilize it staying in our camper. The office was well-staffed and all were very friendly and helpful the entire weekend!
One thing I would recommend getting the texts from them, I had opted not to and luckily our neighbor was getting the text messages with severe weather alerts and sharing the info. with us because WiFi was not strong on our phones.

Stayed at a tent site here on April 15th 2024.
Me and a buddy decided to do check it out while we were up that way biking the trails.

Our tent site was awesome! We were right next to a lake, and had a pair of white ducks that kept us company. Nice fire pit, and we purchased a 12$ metal ring at the shop so we could cook. Everything was super affordable and we even rented a golf cart to drive around the camp which was a great investment for only 22.50$.

They’re remodeling the bathrooms and showers but the one at the office remained open so it wasn’t a problem at all. And we only stayed one night so didn’t need the shower.

Staff there was SUPER friendly! And I mean everyone, including the front desk, workers remodeling, and the other guests.

We plan on coming up again very soon. Also, we loved that they had 2 small ponds on property
with great scenery. 10/10 👍

We stayed on a full hook up site on a weekend in May with our 2 dogs. The site was very nice with plenty of room. It wasn't very crowded during our stay so it was quiet and peaceful. The service was great. I was also impressed with the quick turnaround prior to our stay when I decided to change the site. The staff and management were very accommodating. I also liked the option of having a latte checkout time for a small fee. Great place to camp. Nice location close to all of the adventure at Ohiopyle.

We rented a small cabin for two nights. Cabin was well equipped with bedding, towels, lots of plates, cutlery, etc.

Although it’s a big, kid friendly, place it was very quiet and relaxing.

Great location, very close to Ohiopyle State Park and Fallingwater.

We have been camping here 20 years, we always enjoy it. Last year when the new owners took over. We were worried what they might do to our favorite sites. To our surprise they made something good even better!! I love yurt village. Even if you don't have a rv, yurt village is super nice too stay at, Simply beautiful. The pool is clean and the bathrooms are better then in a hotel. And rv sites are easy to park in,many have a lot of privacy. They added golf cart rentals, a new dog park. Kids love fishing here. Nice little store. Even local places delivers food and drinks while camping. So many local attractions on the mountain near by. If you are looking for a great spot to camp try here, you will love it!

I enjoyed my stay at Benner. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The campers and workers were friendly and welcoming. The cabins were cleaned and stocked. Everything was provided such as pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware etc. You really don't need to bring anything but food. Depending on which cabin you pick, some have a TV and oven. My cabin had 2 burners which was fine for me. There are stores about 20 mins away where you can buy groceries or other essentials
walmart, target, dollar store, and some clothing stores., They also have outside activities like mini golf, swimming and fishing. There is also a site 5 mins away where you can rent bikes to ride the trail. I would like to visit again, maybe in the winter, so I can see the snow.

We stayed the week of May 17-19th and really like our stay . There are very nice lots in and plenty of shaded areas. It’s a nice quiet campground and would definitely stay there again. The fishing ponds were very popular with our kids! And the new shower houses are probably the nicest shower house I have seen in a campground.

My husband and I have stayed at many campgrounds over the years and by far, our favorite is Benner’s Meadow Run Campground. It’s within 10 minutes of Ohiopyle and 1 hr drive from our house in Washington, PA. We’ve been coming here for years and got a permanent site this year. The renovations the new owners have done to the campground are incredible! You can tell they fell in love with the place, saw its potential, and are making it a reality. Every time we come they’ve added something new to enhance the camping experience, plus providing fun activities, events, entertainment, and sometimes food trucks on the weekends. My favorite addition is the work they’ve done to the pool area. They also have fishing ponds with ducks you can feed, a playground, mini golf, arcade, dog park, basketball, and much more. As most people have mentioned in their reviews the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are cabins and yurts you can rent as well as tent and camper sites. They honestly have something for everyone, even if you’ve never gone camping before. Everything is Super clean, especially the new bathhouse they built. All of this, set against a gorgeous wooded background in the stunning Laurel Highlands.
We love how close the campground is to Ohiopyle, we think they have the best hiking and biking trails around. We even prefer a lot of their restaurants to our choices at home. Ohiopyle was voted #1 Small Town in the Northeast by USA TODAY’S Readers Choice Awards and we would totally agree!
We’ve brought most of our family and friends of all ages to the campground over the years, everyone has been so impressed and can’t wait to come back! I could go on and on about how much we love it here but you should check it out for yourself. We can’t recommend Benner’s Meadow Run Campground enough to anyone and everyone!

Looked for a small cabin close to Ohiopyle to spend a few days . Found just what we needed at Benner’s. Cabin had everything we needed for making meals , doing dishes , campfire and picnic table for outdoor eating . Staff very friendly, accommodating. Area clean and quiet . Looking forward to our next visit.

The maintenance man was amazing the whole time! The kiddy pool was one thing we love about the campground with having small children, and he took the time to fill it up after it had to be drained the day before. He was so helpful with everything the whole time!

Stayed at Benner's because of its location near Ohiopyle State Park and Falling Waters etc. Campground has brand new
showers/laundry rooms and a lovely large swimming pool ! Seemed to be alot of activities offered for the campers. The road to campsites seemed to have slight wash out issues but this is expected. Overall the campground was kept in great shape and the Wifi connections were intact the whole time ! We will consider returning in the future !

I hope that the experiences that we have had as not only a family but also as friends to Swim (The pool is amazing!), Camp, Hike, Fish, Sit around the Camp Fire.
Time well spent Laughing, Reminiscing, Telling Stories. Listening and Observing
the songs and calls of the Wildlife near and far in the Trees, on the Ground, in the Pond, across the next Hill or down the next Valley.
You can do this at any Campground, but what makes these trips and return trips
to Benners is the Office Personnel Tammy, Zoe, any names that I have forgotten, Patrick and the Maintenance Crew. They deserve all the credit for expediting all the above amenities, they are who we talk on the phone during booking, when we check in and check out, and any other needs we may have during our stay. Or directions to anywhere. They do not treat or act like it is just a job and a request is an intrusion on their schedule of duties. They understand
the needs and wants of campers and they respond like they are camping with us, they are a part of our experience. If the rating system was by Stars***** then they deserve as many Stars that there are in the Sky.

Patty, and Kevin Lowther.

My family and I recently stayed at Benner's, and it was an experience we won't forget! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a serene, natural environment that was both calming and exhilarating. The staff we interacted with was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We've already planned our next visit and can't wait to return!
