The New York cheesecake is an absolutely DELICIOUS and CREAMY cheesecake! This is my second one and it didn’t disappoint once again. I see many more New York cheesecakes in my future from Sinply Baked!

Adam is the best. I’ve known his family for 30 years and he’s a great baker artist. His cheesecakes are spectacular and he makes brownies for our wood fired pizza biz. The Brownies are top notch. Adam will take the time to make you what you need and his prices are reasonable as well. Thanks Adam!

Wife, son and I were looking for a non chain donut shop. After striking out at one, we found Simply Baked. The owner, Adam, greeted us warmly. He made 2 donuts special for my family, and offered some others too. We got a half dozen and took the treats to a nearby park. We were not disappointed. The donuts were excellent! We live about 45 minutes away, but if we're in the Charleroi area, we would definitely come back and highly recommend.

I recommend everyone take a trip to enjoy this wonderful bakery. The owner went above and beyond to make my cupcakes extra special for me! To say that the cheesecake is amazing is an understatement. Please go and support this locally owned bakery.

We tried three different cheesecakes today and all were delicious! We will definitely be back for more! We were surprised to see so many choices of others pastries as well. So happy to have this business close to home.

Adam makes the absolute best cakes. Everyone that has tasted them says they're better than any they've had. With my crazy schedule and my last minute orders,he always comes through for me and with a smile on his face.

We've had the turtle cheesecake and Oreo cheesecake and both were incredibly delicious! Their buttercream is amazing and their super popular orange creamsicle cheesecake is unlike anything I've ever tasted!
