The changes they have made are beautiful. Very nicely done all around. But for me there prices were high . If I am spending that kind of money I will buy new. To me a second hand store is finding a treasure that you could afford some where else. I also always think I am donating to help someone in need. Not to start a department store.

This has to be the smallest but by far the most cleanest Goodwill I have EVER been in. Now dont get it twisted, by the most cleanest I mean everything is nice and neat, not one item is out of place. Everything has a spot and is perfectly placed. You would walk out the door just as quickly as you walked in just to do a double or triple take to look at the store sign to make sure that you were actually in a Goodwill. Its a very nice boutique. Definitely recommend checking it out. They might not have as much as the full stores do but literally everything that they do have is very nice.

The location may not be the best for traffic but it is a very neatly organized store. The items are beautiful, name brands and higher end goods. Loved it.

This is the fanciest thrift store I have ever been in! The prices were unexpected. I did overhear the clerk say that there is a 3 day return policy. No place to try anything on

Up scale version of Goodwill. It only had women's clothes, jewelry and a few book and decorative dishes

Store was clean and well organized, and staff were courteous. Minimal selection was disappointing, compared to the old Goodwills.

Far too expensive, and a VERY limited selection. Worth a look but needs a little work

Not worth the drive unless you want to pay high price for used goods. Beautifully displayed merchandise

Nice looking and clean shop but the prices are outrageous. For a store that sells items that are literally given to them for free, you'd think they would be a bit more humble about charging near full price for USED clothing, bags, and home decor. I don't see this location staying open for long.

Pros: Very clean and organized

Cons: way overpriced considering all inventory comes from free donations. I understand charging a few dollars more since boutique locations are more curated, and it takes time to inspect donations. However, this is corporate greed at its finest. There was a Lululemon tank top selling for $48. It was not a current or trendy style. For reference, you can get a brand new Lululemon tank top in a current style for $58 directly from Lululemon. There is no reason to charge this much for used clothing, and I don’t understand the justification for such high prices. Even consignment stores and Plato’s closet don’t charge this much, and they pay customers for their items. The curation leaves a lot to be desired as well- there were still items from Target, Hollister, and other affordable mall brands that don’t really fit the “boutique” model. People are not going to pay this much for used clothing, and most of these items won’t sell. I don’t see this store staying open for long. After seeing these prices, I will no longer be donating clothes to Goodwill. I will stick to locally owned thrift stores.

the lady with blonde hair is extremely rude. she should be fired. get the damn door fixed simple as that. erie goodwills are awful! picked out for good items anything semi decent is overpriced. the stores were awesome a few years ago. get new managers and put the great things I have donated out. especially don't go to the harborcreek store unless you want to be scolded by their employees.

My first and last time there! I went to the wrong door and the woman working there(blond with glasses) greeted me at the WRONG door with nothing but attitude! Not today, Ma'am, NOT EVER!
No wonder the parking lot was empty.

This place should not be called or considered a goodwill store. All of their items are EXTREMELY overpriced and expensive. The price they ask for their jeans that are outdated and well worn is the same exact price I can buy a brand new pair of in style jeans at the Buckle store. Smh. Very disappointing going there. Aren't the goodwill stores sup to have affordable and inexpensive prices ? The fact that all the items are donated to them for free and then they turn around and sell it for a ridiculous amount of money. Smh. They should be ashamed of themselves. Alot of us are going thru financial hardship right now and w prices being almost double the price they were prior to the pandemic, we should be able to go to any Goodwill store and be able to pay great reasonable prices for their items. Hence the name 'Goodwill '! I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone going there and wasting their time looking at used items that cost the same amount If not more than new items!!!

Yes it's a nice store with high end pieces and art, but there's no place to try on anything, and the prices are very high. Too high.

If this was a regular boutique they would of nailed it, But it’s not
and after seeing this I will not donate to the goodwill ever again, I donate in hopes helping others, not to have my donations marked so high that families are in the same financial situation at a thrift store too!! Seems like the goodwill has forgotten it’s mission!
