My first time since it was Crowley. Absolutely perfect! From entering, beautiful. Greeting so friendly, seated in front of windows, 7:45 p.m. sun 🌞 was at the tip of the trees going down fast. Service was great, not over whelming. Chicken bacon mac n cheese is what I decided. Highly recommend 👌

Was there Saturday Feb. 3 for the Murder Mystery Dinner. Great entertainment and atmosphere! The food was excellent! Roast beef melted in your mouth! The other foods cooked to perfection. So thank you servers for being very helpful, thank you cooks and bakers for your menu. Thank you owners for having a resturant that rivals the eating establishments at Chautauqua Institute! Keep it up!

Awesome venue inside and out. A little slow on service, but it's fun to relax and chill there, too! Live bands and karaoke all year. Summer by the pond and winter by fireplace. If you haven't been, it's a must visit. Staff is usually good. If it's bad, try again. Also, gluten-free menu, including pasta choices.

My husband and I had our wedding at Madeline's in June 2022. We 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is having a wedding! Pricing was very reasonable for what we wanted, which was amazing. Communication was always easy and fast. Jessica answered all of the questions that we had from when we signed the contract to the very day of the wedding. They were also so flexible! We changed our minds a couple of times on what we wanted, like renting the Airbnb last minute and they were SO accommodating! They made the process very stress free. The venue outside was absolutely beautiful in front of the large pond, willow trees, and gorgeous white tents. It was a great sunny day on June 4th and everything went so smoothly. And the FOOD!!! The lemon chicken was SO tender. They were cooking the food while the ceremony and festivities were going on so everything was SO fresh. The vegetables were amazing and so many of our guests told us how tasty the potatoes were. I cannot say enough great things about this place!! It was everything we wanted. A beautiful outdoor wedding of our dreams.

Met an old friend for dinner on a Friday night. Our appetizer of Spinach Artichoke Dip and dinners of Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and the 12oz NY Strip steak were delicious. The staff was kind and courteous, and we were not rushed. Lovely atmosphere. I will absolutely go back to try some other tasty-sounding menu items!

The staff are kind, funny and caring. The food is amazing and they have great GF options. If you haven’t been to Madeline’s yet, I highly recommend it

Enjoyed a nice weekday dinner with 6 friends! Most of us ordered what the server, Lisa, recommended which was the sirloin with red potatoes and green beans. It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Lisa's service and the cheesecake were great, too!

Great service. Very good food at reasonable prices. Beautiful decor. Generous portions. We had cheesecake for dessert that melted in the mouth. And a visit with one of the owners (Sean?) was quite pleasant.

Was invited for a pre-opening event. The food was fabulous and the place looks great. Love the view of the pond in the back. Best french fries I’ve ever had. People loved the prime rib. I’m coming back once they open for the poutine.. it will come with mushroom or meat gravy. Red velvet cheesecake was amazing.

Picked a night to dine there when they had been slammed with huge table parties and didn't arrive to dine until after 7:00.
We had to wait 20mins for a table which was actually less time. They offered us a seat at the bar and if we wanted to order an appetizer while we waited for our table. When we received our table the dining space was very cozy. We ordered from the restaurant week specials. After ordering the chef came out to tell me unfortunately due to the large tables of teens they were out of chicken (I ordered chicken florentine) and apologized profusely. With my heart set on florentine I asked if I could substitute the chicken for shrimp and he graciously agreed. My meal was delicious and strongly encouraged the chef to add it to the regular menu. The shrimp were some of the best tasty shrimp I have ever had. My husband had another special which was equally delicious. The portions were perfect and you were full. Highly recommend the staff were so genuine and caring all of them want to make sure you have a great experience. Definitely will make this one of our regular dining places. Hidden gem.

The team at Madeline's is amazing! I have chosen to hold our work Christmas banquet there for the last 2 years and plan on continuing. Wait, staff is absolutely fantastic, and the food is mouth-watering. The atmosphere is really nice, especially with all the Christmas decorations. Whether you go for a good family dinner or a group setting, you can not go wrong!

Nate was very friendly And a great host. I got the Pittsburgh salad with coleslaw on the side.. best homemade ranch... my friend got steak ceasar salad and the oreo dream to go n didnt make it to the car...lol. will definitely be back

An oasis of fine dining, Madeline's is one of our favorite places to enjoy a meal amid beautiful ambiance and a relaxing environment. My personal favorite dish is the chicken fried chicken, and my daughter really enjoys their sandwiches. The window views are extremely picturesque, which lends to the overall positive experience. And thank you for utilizing NON-STYROFOAM takeout containers, which are handy for reheating as well as environmentally-friendly.

The atmosphere, people, and food are great. Especially loved the crab cakes! The seafood Mac n cheese is delicious as well. The sever/staff were very accommodating.
We’re excited for leftovers tomorrow and will be back again soon!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception at Madeline's Dining & Events & everything was exceptional! We could not have asked for better service or food. All staff that worked with our party were friendly, attentive, supportive, and collaborative. It was like a well oiled machine working and provided for a perfectly smooth experience for us & the guests. We encourage everyone to definitely check them out! & If you need a venue for an event, they are the perfect place with a gorgeous view!

My husband and I had our wedding at Madeline's and it was nothing short of a dream! Sean (restaurant manager) and Justin (restaurant owner) went above and beyond to plan and execute a memorable and personable night. The food was delicious, service was efficient, and the transition from inside the restaurant to outside (with an outside bar and pond seating) was seamless. This venue is not only affordable but it is classy, relaxed, AND everyone I spoke with was so flexible. Without hesitation, we recommend booking, or at the very least, dining at this restaurant.

Awesome atmosphere and Staff!! Friendly, fun and efficient. Food was excellent and loved the whole experience. Its definitely a place you will enjoy with a date or entire family.

Attended large wedding under tents. The host family made it beautiful but the outdoor area was very pretty including the ducks and pond. The beef was so good.

I attended a private event there and from the outside I thought it would be a little small. I was pleasantly surprised to find the interior was spacious and accommodating. The entire staff were so nice and outgoing. Restrooms were clean...and I mean clean. I came from a 4.5 hr drive and it was nice to come to such a lovely event at a really great gem. Highly recommend.

Was just there for a sweet 16 party, its really cute!! Servers were friendly and the pizza was very good and they had a variety to offer the kids, everybody loved it. I live in Erie but will definitely be going back, can't wait to see the outside area in the warmer weather.
