They were a little behind due to the storms, but sent someone out as soon as I called about our appointment. The man they sent was knowledgeable and fixed the outdoor AC unit quickly. The prices were extremely fair and the customer service was excellent. This will now be my go to place if they have the services I need!

Two gentlemen came to fix a water running issue with our bathroom. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong in a matter of minutes! Very pleased and price was fair.

When I moved to Ripley New York, my older house needed extreme plumbing attention which included heating service also. Concord's staff was professional and prompt when called upon. We had instances of frozen pipes, stuck drains, furnace issues.. you name it! When called upon the team responded. The best plumbing company in the area. Prices are extremely reasonable!

The owner of the company came out on a Saturday on rather short notice to replace my leaking valves under the kitchen sink. He thoroughly checked and tightened everything else and replaced the cheap plastic valves with higher quality brass valves. Super nice guy and great work. Very appreciative of his time. Valerie, who took my call, was very nice and helpful. Excellent service!

The plumber was very knowledgeable on what was causing the problems. I had a stationary tub faucet replaced. The bathroom faucet was leaking, which he repaired . My kitchen faucet was leaking and he told me the faucet is under a warranty and to contact the manufacturer and they would send the needed part. Once I received the part, he returned to install the part. I thought he was very honest and excellent at what he does, plumbing. Also, when I called to make an appointment they were able to accommodate me immediately. Now my #1 plumber. Thank you CONCORD!

Ryan came within the hr. I was 4 days without hot water. He was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand. Repaired the problem, answered my questions and pricing was reasonable. Will use again and recommend to others. Valerie was also very pleasant and understanding. Thanks for a job well done.

Although they were busy and didn't expect to be to my house until the next day, Brian arrived by mid afternoon. Had my furnace running quick and without any issue. Concord was the 3rd company I called and got a response from. The others made promises, but never followed through. I highly recommend!

I called and my appt wasn't for a few days but they had a little spare time on their way to another appt and showed up the same day! Super nice and quick to fix my kitchen sink pipes. Will definatley call again when needed!

Had a constant leak in my toilet that ran my water bill to over double it's normal cost. I called Concord because I had worked in North East and we used them where I worked. They are TOTALLY HONEST people there. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything in language I could understand. Their PRICES are AMAZING!!! I was in total shock when I got my bill for all the work I had done. I already scheduled them for another job next week!!!!! I say if you need plumbing, call Concord. Period.

I called when the furnace didn't seem to be working. A very pleasant Guy was here within 2 hours. As I feared, the furnace needed to be replaced. They were honest, prompt and very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

We called in the morning, there were a couple jobs ahead of us but someone was still to our house in less than 2 hours. He had the part in his truck and was able to get our heat back up and running in no time. Fair pricing and very courteous. Called when he was on his way and was here very quickly.

Last week I stopped there at 11:30 am for a few things including a new hot water tank. They were at my house by 1 pm and finished in the rain by 2 pm. One of the things they did was a shut off valve for my sink. A week later I noticed a leak and called. Again they were here quickly. The leak was caused by something other than what they did but they fixed it without any issue. Thank you for being so reliable, professional, and very reasonably priced!
