After a bit of confusion with the scheduling to start, my wife and I can't say enough about the service provided by C. Carlin. We had a problem with our sump pump outdoor plumbing. The guys had the issue diagnosed quickly and it required excavation to repair. They had it dug up and fixed in a few hours. The guys were great in explaining what had happened, repairs made and absolutely professional. Thank you!

This is the first time I used them and they get an A++. Professional yet approachable and friendly, knowledgeable, showed respect, extremely fast service and didn't try to rip me off like the last place I called for same issue. They have found a very satisfied, new customer and I won't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I am an electrician and i have used C. Carlin for the gas side of my generator installs, as well as some small and big jobs for my own house. They have always been easy to work with and reasonably priced! Great work

Eric at Carlin Plumbing replaced a 1971 Water heater that was rotten with a new unit. Installed gas, water shut shut offs and some new vent pipe for the quoted base price!!! (Yes, the house was built in 1971 with a water heater that did NOT have a gas, water shut off?!?) Works great now, they used Copper Pro Press, very professional installation!

I have used their services twice now, each time the reps have been very punctual, and extremely friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced, and are trustworthy and honest. They stand by what they say, and do what's best for the customer. Billy took the time to investigate a concern I had, and rectify it. I felt respected and heard. I believe this company hires good people, who are genuine and trustworthy.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and time efficient! I had Patrick out to snake my sewer drain and he was able to fix the problem in about a half hour and explain all the issues and ways to prevent a back up in the future.
My drain backed up in February and I had a different company out with not the best experience and a really high cost.

I decided to try Carlin this time and I could not have asked for better service. I was able to get scheduled exactly to work around my work schedule the following day. They were able to be up front and honest about pricing before sending anyone out. (Very affordable and fair cost) Patrick was on time and very friendly and was able to talk to me about all of my concerns and touched on ways to prevent future issues. Having someone who can fully explain the issues and is knowledgeable on the subject really helped me feel confident and comfortable that the drain won’t back up in 2 months again. Excellent service! I will be calling Carlin for any additional issues or projects around the house.

After letting my faucet drip for 8+ years the pipes rusted and rotted. Josh was on time (actually early!!!) and did a great job! Had to call John for snaking reinforcements who was also exceptional. I will be calling these guys for any plumbing needs for sure. And the price?! PERFECT!!! 5 stars!!!

I really can't rave about C. Carlin enough. We bought our 1st house like 4 years ago and have used them 2x. The first time was for a bathtub facet that wouldn't turn off & now more recently for a toilet that had a broken fill valve/toilet supply line issue.

They came out within 30mins of calling and fixed the issue in around 20mins. I was worried since I got service on a Saturday morning that the price would be astronomical but they are the most affordable plumber I've ever worked with. Great value and great quick service.

A gas leak was discovered at our business on a Sunday in addition to an already stressful scenario our sewers backed up also. I made a few phone calls to plumbers but Sunday at 10 a.m. not a person responded. C Carlin Plumbing was my 3rd call but should have and always will be in the future my 1st call. Within an hour I had 3 plumbers on site! I can't say enough about the timely manner in which I had somebody there, the friendly and professionalism of the 3 men that came. We were up and running within 4 hours! Thank you Chris and Crew we appreciate the Sunday call!

I have used C Carlin Plumbing many times at both my home and office. They show up on time and get to work in a prompt and courteous fashion and leave the area clean when they are done. I have never been disatisfied with their work and pricing has been very reasonable. It sure beats making multiple trips to the hardware store to solve my plumbing problems! I highly recomend them.

Had problems with roots in my drain line, after 2 attempts with other companies a plumber I knew suggested Carlin, John came out and got it flowing. A few days later he came back with a larger root cutter and a camera. He recut the roots then inspected to make sure it was clean with no extra cost. John went far beyond what he had to to make sure it was right. I could not be happier with John and Carlin company.

They have replaced my hot water tank twice, 20 years apart. Also replaced piping from kitchen drain to the stack. Some smaller jobs with fridge waterline that lost pressure and toilet repair. All great jobs and reasonable. Now scheduled to move laundry from basement to upstairs next week.

I called Carlin just over a week ago inquiring for a price to replace all of the pipes in my basement. They came out quick to provide a detailed estimate and were able to set up an appointment right away. The work is now done and looks great. They were able to take out all of my old piping and replace it in only a day. Everyone I have interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. Great pricing too, they will be called for future projects.

Called Friday night and left info for a hot water heater replacement. Chris called me at 7:30 Saturday morning and dispatched a crew. They were out of here by 9:00 am with the job complete. What a PROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!! Oh by the way, the cost was far less than others quoted and I would have had to wait until Monday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - thanks Chris.

My new friends Brad and Rob just left after installing a hot water tank. They took great pride and showed excellent knowledge in what they were doing! I didn't get an estimate up front, but in my experience everybody runs about the same. At least it happened after the holidays!

Very professional team. I was in a bind on getting a hot water heater installed. Called every plumbing companies, non would install or would charge an emergency installation due to the fourth of July holiday. Called them up and they quoted a price and said they would install same day. Highly recommended. Great job team! Thank you!

C.Carlin Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my old gas water heater. They were professional, promp and had it changed out within an hour and a half. They also connected my sewer line last year. I would highly recommend them!

Chris and his crew have helped me out with two big jams in recent years -- a clogged basement drain and a broken hot water heater that broke at 10:30 PM on New Year's Eve! In both instances their service was prompt, thorough, and affordable.

Just had second hot water heater installed by Chris, the first one only lasted for 19 and a half years lol. That's for a family of 5 plus grandkids I can't tell you how many people tell that they get about 10 years from thiers they get from the big box stores.thank you Chris and guys
