It seems like they have it all. Nice people, lots of products, a clean store, and reasonable value. No matter what, it seems like we are constantly stopping in here for something or other.

We get good treatment, excellent service, and a staff that knows their products. The only issue shopping here is that it often takes longer than I like to get processed, paid, and gone.

Went to get lumber for our deck... guys were really helpful and fun to talk to. We didn't like the ones that were left and they got new ones for us, so I was super happy!

This is a great place to find what you need. There are bigger names out there but I go here because I know if I need it and they don’t have it they will get it if I need it and they do have it and I don’t know how to use it they will show me, this store is like a Home and they treat you like family

This place is huge. They offer more than those other 2 big name hardware stores. The aisles seem crapped, they just have so much stuff. Very nice staff. Enjoyed my shopping experience here.

Great selection of items. Love their many colors available at the store of kitchen aid mixer saved me a ton of shipping cost being able to buy in person on site. One day I'll get the red one for my kitchen rather than gift for someone else. Look at it every time I go in :)

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! They beat out several other stores for pricing, and coupled with their high level of customer service, have found a new repeat customer. They all go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need before you leave. They have an impressive variety of products to choose from that rivals some of the larger chain stores. So glad I found them!

They are polite, rentals are cheap, and they don't screw around. Lot of experience around their employees. They'll do you right.

Got some scaffolding on rent for a roof job & a break for aluminum siding. Fastest in/out tool rent place around. Gets you what you need and back on the job quickly. Just bring your trailer and you're g2g. Just be a man and ask, and you'll get great service.

Decorations for holidays & everyday, toys, home care & the most amazing selection of baking & cookware in the area. While your husband gets what he needs, find everything you need & get some Christmas shopping done. Don't know what to get the friend that has everything? A gift card to Burkes is perfect!

Burkes Ace is great!!! Yes there are a couple grouchy people but it's the best Ace around cause they stock nearly everything one would need for their home and they have quick affordable delivery!!! Their are a few really nice people that work there too! Thanks Burkes Ace!

Always have nice stuff at reasonable prices. Locally owned too. Always feels good to go to hometown businesses. Instead of corporate companies. Thanks to our wonderful Gov. Wolf he is destroying these businesses.

Phenomenal customer service. The employees really know their stuff and what's available in the store. Prices on some things are significantly lower than the big box stores. Will certainly be back.

Great local hardware store. No big box stores in the area so these great local hardware stores are a community staple. Experienced employees available to help. Lots of products like mixers and vacuum cleaners that you would only expect to find in a larger store.
