My husband and I really enjoy camping here. The staff is wonderful, the people are friendly, the yough river trail runs right through, they rent kayaks and e-bikes. They have a store, extensive prepared food menu, arcade, pools, playground. Beer, firewood and groceries very close😁.

My wife and I stayed at this campground for 3 nights. This KOA was a good size with a good mix of seasonal and reservation sites. This KOA had everything. Good, fairly level sites. Great internet. Cable TV for those rainy days. Two pools. Fully stocked gift shop with a good mix of merchandise. Onsite ice cream shop and a good menu of food items reasonably priced keeping in mind this is a campground. Some newer patio sites lining overlooking a river view. Cabins, tent camping, RV camping, and a rent home on the property make this a location everyone could like. The Allegheny Bike Trail running right through the campground gives walkers, runners, and bikers easy access to a beautiful and safe area to exercise. There is also an opportunity to rent kayaks to use on the river. It was a bit pricy, but with all the available stuff it made it worth it. They also had loads of exceptional staff onsite. The only thing I did not realize was the train that past back and forth on the other side of the river. It took a night to get used to, so it wasn't horrible. All in all, a great campground and experience.

We had a great time staying at the cabin. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and our dog. The cabin was very nice and we were all comfortable. No complaints. We floated down the river, they had no driver so we did have to leave our vehicle down at Yough Park and go back and get it. Took about 4 hours from Yough Park to the KOA. We used tubes that we brought. The store at KOA does have boats and tubes available to buy or rent. The pool was very nice and clean. We also rented a golf cart and the kids loved that. The campground is very quiet. We used the bike trial, which is always great. The food was great and the ice cream was even better. Our only complaint would be a food order we had that went wrong. I won't go into full detail but it took us 1 hour and 18 minutes to get 1 pizza. I understand mistakes happen but the lady I spoke with was very rude. She didn't even apologize. She grabbed the frozen pizza, said do you still want me to make it or not? At this point we already waited over an hour so yes we wanted the pizza. Even the other guests waiting for their food was a little shocked, but hey we all have bad days, but an apology would've been nice. Back to the review. The bathrooms outside near the pool are clean. Single showers are available. The laundry room is nice and clean. We highly recommend staying here. You can pop a tent, you can bring your camper, and there are many cabins available to rent. The grills at the cabin are already there, they are gas grills and they supply the propane, which is great! Firepits are also at every spot, just don't forget to bring wood. Any other questions feel free to ask. I should also add that sheets, pillows, and blankets were provided in clean totes that you see in the photos.

My favorite campground! The food is great, the employees are upbeat helpful folk and it's right on the GAP bike trail. But beware there is no Verizon reception without a signal booster.
Update: we're back and They fixed the wifi!!! Now my boy can watch his favorite shows again. Love it here!

It is always very nice here. I love the river and trains. The bike path is a bonus. You can go down the bike trail and view some history by seeing the Coke Ovens. And watch the rafts and kayaks go down the river. They have 2 pools; the one is great for little ones.

What an incredible place! This is one of my favorite KOA spots for many reasons. Easy to get to, spots are big, bathroom facilities are clean and tons of activities. They have two beautiful pools to enjoy and a slide. You are right along the river and can we took our paddle boards out - they provide a ride to the start of the lazy river for a fee. Food stand with ice cream and pizza! Staff member Tom was very friendly and helpful! We will be coming back soon!

Really nice campground. It's the perfect mix of out in nature and close to necessities. We had a site right along the Yough River, so one pic was the view out of our RV window. We had a level site with a new fire ring right along the river. The store was as comprehensive as one would expect and the restaurant made good food. One of the best parts is the trail. It runs through the middle of the campground and actually runs all the way from PA to DC! 2 miles from the campground is a scenic bridge overlook of the river, and 1 mile past that is a little town. So if you can't get something on the campground, you can get it in town.

Check in was easy and as in the past the staff is super friendly. Got an escort to our site which was the bronze river view and it was perfect. Loved the patio. Campground was clean and there was always people working to maintain. The decorations for Halloween were great. Restrooms were cleaned and well maintained. Will be returning in the spring. GREAT CAMPGROUND..GREAT STAFF

Hands down the nicest KOA campground we've stayed in from MD to AZ and points in between. From the courteous and friendly staff to the cleanliness of the facilities, everything was top notch. We are making this KOA an annual destination!

Right on the GAP Trail. Showers are awesome, Staff was very friendly. Great spot to pitch a tent and charge your devices. Food was good and I really enjoyed the ice cream after a hot day pedaling. I will definitely stay here again.

Just spent 5 days here in our camper. Had the BEST time. We biked the trail, fished in the river, rented a 2 person kayak, swam in the pools, our son played basketball and gaga ball, and the food from the camp store is really good. This place has it all! This was our 1st visit, but definitely not our last.

The premises are clean and well kept. They even provide daily garbage pickup. Nice little cafe/ice cream shoppe/gift shoppe. Only thing missing is a game room for rainy days. Loved the option to rent kayaks and we were driven several miles upstream. We were able to jump on the Great Allegheny Passage for daily walks and bike rides. Even played cornhole and horseshoes with our friends, just some shade is needed there. The pool is a great amenity! Again, a few more shade umbrellas are needed for when it gets busy.
