I will be using Jackson Plumbing for all future plumbing needs in our home. I called late on Tuesday and they came by noon the following day. We’ve had a problem with an odor whenever someone showered. We’ve been dealing with it for a long time and had a few different “big name” plumbers here. Those plumbers were very expensive and didn’t fix the problem. Jackson Plumbing (specifically Chris) diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour, at a VERY reasonable cost. I am so relieved and grateful! Chris was fantastic. Very polite and knowledgeable, and he answered my many questions and concerns. I also had another issue that I thought needed repaired, but Chris told me it didn’t. He could’ve easily did the repair and charged me a lot of money for it, but he was honest and told me it wasn’t necessary. I definitely recommend them and will for sure call them if needed in the future.

Jackson Plumbing was great! Replaced a vanity sink for my half bath remodel. It turned out great.

Was very pleased with Seth from Jackson Plumbing! I had an outside faucet that was dripping even though the water supply to the faucet was shut off inside my basement. Seth installed a new frost-free outdoor faucet, updated my shut off to the outside faucet and updated my main water shut off because it was leaking. He explained everything and showed me how to work my new shut-offs. I would highly recommend Seth and Jackson Plumbing.

Jackson Plumbing responded very quickly to our call about a leak under our kitchen sink. Chris did an amazing job replacing the piping, and then also noticed our faucet was leaking. He replaced it immediately with a high quality fixture on hand in the truck, so no down time whatsoever! We’ve always been pleased over the years with Jackson’s people and performance.

Had less than ideal dealings with other local plumbers so when someone said Jackson Plumbing Inc. was good, we called them. And it was beyond good. An entire faucet replaced in half an hour for less than half the price of other quotes we got, and everything looks fantastic. We didn't catch the plumber's name but he was quick, courteous, and kind. We'll be calling Jackson next time we need help, absolutely.

Having dealt with numerous plumbers in the past, and having less than favorable experiences, I decided to try Jackson Plumbing. Our old hot water tank had been leaking and needed to be replaced. Karen provided fantastic information about a Navien tankless hot water heater, and while I was on the phone with her, Seth walked into the office from another job he had just finished. He offered to immediately come over to investigate our situation (literally 10 min wait) before he ran off to his next job! Without delay, they scheduled the installation and was very professional when he arrived - answering all of my questions along the way. Seth rerouted and replaced everything (copper piping, gas lines, etc.) and the work he did was immaculate - just look at those pictures! Thank you Karen and Seth!

We recently had Jackson Plumbing remodel the main bathroom in our house. The entire process from original bid to finished project was painless. The quality of work and materials is excellent. The crew that did the work consisted of Ryan and Josh. Both were extremely professional and polite. We have hired Jackson Plumbing for some other smaller projects in the past and based on our satisfaction in all of these situations I would not hesitate to hire them for any future work we might have done.

I’ve had them come out twice now, once for a seriously clogged drain pipe and then to redo plumbing around my well pump.
Both times they have been professional and got the work done quick and clean.
I will call them again for plumbing needs!

My water heater died on a Sunday. I tried for two days to find a plumber who would install a new tank for me. On the evening of the second day without hot water, I sent a request to Jackson Plumbing. Karen called me first thing the next morning. Karen was awesome. She calmed me down enough to obtain all the information she needed to quote me the installation of the new water heater. When I asked how soon they could install, Karen told me that afternoon. I was thrilled that I got such fast service.

Then Matt and Seth arrived to install the water heater. They were so professional and respectful of me and my home. They patiently answered all my questions explaining things about the new heater that I did not understand. Before they left, they cleaned up everything. When they left, the area where the heater is located was cleaner than it was when they arrived.

I HIGHLY recommend Jackson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have been lucky and have not needed a plumber, but I have their magnet on my refrigerator for easy access the next time I need a plumber. Karen, Matt and Seth, thank you for making this process so easy. I wish I would have called you first. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling Jackson Plumbing. You are all AWESOME. Superior service. Explained everything and gave us a fair estimate. Plumbing issue repaired quickly and properly. Highly recommend. Give a non commerical, local company your business. They were great.

Called this morning for a Water Pressure issue in a new house we bought. Told them it was NOT an emergency. The lady on the phone was. Incredibly kind and personable. She had someone out in 30 minutes.

Upon Arrival, a young guy hopped out of the car. Introduced himself as Andreas. He was personable, kind and most of all knew his stuff. He had our problem fixed quickly, and explained everything as needed.

Lastly the dreaded price. With such good service I was thinking this was going to cost an arm and a leg. Pleasantly surprised, they were extremely reasonable in price for such quality and service.

I have found my new home for any further plumbing issues.

Jackson plumbing arrived at my house within an hour of reporting a clog in my main drain. They cleared it effortlessly, the workers were polite and experienced, and the price was exactly what I was expecting.

Very good experience with Jackson Plumbing for a toilet repair. I contacted them through the website and was able to get an appointment the next afternoon. They told me there is a standard service feel and they charge for the full first hour so no surprises on the bill. Ryan and his apprentice JR showed up early for the appointment and waited for me to arrive home. They were friendly and professional and Ryan was very sensitive to my budgetary constraints when we inevitably ran into a couple of smaller problems. They worked quickly and made sure that there were no leaks and everything worked. Ryan even went above and beyond in researching some options for me to get the best price when I decide to replace the toilet. I even was able to get a senior citizen’s discount with a coupon from their website. I would highly recommend them for any job large or small.

Had a new toilet installed by another plumber in the master bedroom upstairs.
It started leaking downstairs they fixed it twice until they stopped taking my calls.

I called Jackson plumbing because my parents had always used them. Someone came right over the next few days and have not had a problem since.
I have found my new plumber!

Jackson Plumbing is the best of the best! There’s a reason they have so many good reviews!!! Four months ago our shower stopped draining and because we live in a town style home, our plumbing is connected to the neighbor. Scott Jackson personally walked us through the entire process by assessing, trying a small repair first and then when that did not work he and his team took on the job of replacing our entire plumbing stack. This was a three day project and quite involved. His team was AMAZING! Scott replied to emails very promptly. They went the extra mile by reinstalling backsplash in our kitchen, reinstalling our cupboards, and reinstalling our flooring in the bathroom. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are professional, kind, HONEST, and thorough. Look no further than Jackson Plumbing, they deliver quality service!
