Starting our first move and had a whole list of things to get. Susan was an amazing help in checking off items! She was fun and personable and was knowledgeable on the different pieces offered, along with payment plans. We are long time customers at Arthur F. Schultz and their furniture has always been great quality at a pretty good price, but our latest experience was even better than the past thanks to Susan!

We were in need of a new mattress and box springs. Susan O’Keane did a tremendous job of showing us several options and helping us choose the best one for our needs. The delivery crew also did a super job under some difficult conditions.

Purchased my Beautyrest mattress here and two years later it still feels like new and I still love it.

Unfortunately, nothing is in stock...which seems to be the case everywhere, right now.

The sales woman was very straightforward and transparent with us when we were looking to purchase a new refrigerator. She didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need nor want. Unfortunately, we were unable to purchase a fridge at the time due to modern fridges being too big for the space in our 1940's era cape cod. Although we couldn't make the purchase at the time, our experience here was positive for sure.

Kimberly was great, very helpful. Understood our needs and found us a great solution to our dilemma. We will probably be back for a new mattress set and will definitely look her up.

The customer service was very good. Tom, our sales person, was extremely helpful, but not pushy. He showed us what he thought we might like and answered all our questions. A pleasant experience overall.
