Martins Flooring Lancaster

We had new hardwood flooring installed in two small bedrooms in our house. The installers (Tony and his crew) were fantastic! They stayed 12 hours to get everything finished in one day, were extremely considerate of our home, helped me move all of the furniture around before & after the installation, and took away the old carpet. The floors are beautiful. Christine was very helpful when choosing our flooring and kept us informed up through the installation process. We would definitely work with Martins Flooring again!

We had 2 rooms done in a 2nd floor apt just outside of Lancaster. Austin & Mike came yesterday and were just phenomenal! Quick, polite, explained things and the rooms look totally awesome. In addition, the one remnant looked different to me and I had to be sure it was the right one. They patiently walked me through the double-checking. They were just tops. (Before and after photos attached) (Next: paint crew!). The sales, showroom & scheduling folks as well: all 110%! Thank you Martin's!

Bonnie was great at helping me with choosing our new flooring. And we had an installer named Doug who did a fabulous job. Would recommend both of them highly.

The sales side of the job I couldn't ask for more. Michael did an outstanding job walking us through the process from start to finish. He was very professional, answered all our questions, and returned phone calls, and email promptly.

As for the installation process, overall was a nice job, and quick. We had our living room, dining room, and hallway updated with Luxury Vinyl Planks. There are a few quirks ( door threshold not caulked, heating/ac vents need more attention, and some small areas around holes in the floor that need addressed.) that Michael is aware of and will be taking care of internally.

I would highly recommend Martin's Flooring for any project you a considering in the future. We will definitely be back!!

I bought a custom area rug from them and it’s great- beautiful, thick, wonderful quality. The delivery people, Austin and Jamison, were outstanding. Really careful of my furniture, wanted to make sure that I was happy with the placement and they even vacuumed it before leaving. Highly recommended.

The installation of hardwood floors in our home has been the 4th project that we have done with Martin Flooring. We have once again had an excellent experience working with the staff. Brandon was so helpful at the Lancaster location. I had a challenge with the original flooring I chose through a builder and he was so patient as I took home samples on multiple occasions, and made phone calls to check stock for me. There were also two other associates who were professional and helpful on occasions that I stopped in without an appointment. Overall, I was so pleased with their willingness to help and will definitely go back for any future needs!

We just had our vinyl, carpeting and hardwood flooring replaced in our cottage at Masonic Village. Everyone was experienced and professional but Ted Long, who did the hardwood, was extraordinary. He finished ahead of schedule and the two rooms he did look amazing. He moved furniture that we couldn't budge and got everything back in place perfectly. We are so pleased with the end result.

My wife and I had carpet in our basement and wanted to replace it with a floating floor. We worked with Bonnie and Tim at the Martin's showroom in Lancaster to select the flooring and they were great to work with. Scheduling the installation was handled very professionally and the Martin's employees who removed the carpet did a great job. The installer, Sheldon, was very professional and is a true craftsman.
