We have been using RAE since we started our business back in January of 17'. Jeremy has always been a huge help when it comes to ordering. They were also extremely helpful and patient with us when a customer was having some injector issues from a different supplier, and we were waiting to return cores to RAE. We receive most orders within 2 days of placing the order, and all orders come with a prepaid shipping label which helps us cut cost of shipping. If there has ever been an issue with a part they overnight another one so that the customer wasn't waiting too long for their truck. We will continue to use RAE for the for foreseeable future!

Our diesel shop uses RAE for many reman products ranging from electronic components to turbos, fuel injectors, and injection pumps. RAE offers extremely quick order processing, shipping, and with prepaid core return shipping labels always supplied with your product. We use a high volume of products from them and any issues are few and far between, and have always had quick service when/if a warranty replacement was needed. Their pricing is very competitive and service outstanding, I would recommend them to anyone, individual or shop.

Great Company. I ordered a rebuilt ECM for a 2nd Gen Cummins. Communication was just about instant after ordering via the website. Received the Module in about 7-10 days and followed the supplied directions, and truck runs great again. I would highly recommend RAE as an excellent company to do business with. Thanks RAE!

I had a terrible experience trying to obtain a rebuilt PCM for my Cummins on line from another company. Found RAE, called and experienced great customer support, ordered the part on a Friday, ready Monday. Truck runs great again.

Everything about diesel engines and more

JUST NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS- I emailed them several days ago and tried to chat on the site web chat but only silence. They might have a great product, but never got the chance.

I had my fuel pump go out on my duramax while on the road working and purchased one from reman because the cost was in my budget versus dealer prices. They sent me a pump, I payed to have it installed. The pump leaked immediately, reman sent me another one, I payed to have the second one installed too. They would not warranty any labor on a bad part. Duramax fuel pumps are not a cheap fix. I am a owner/operator that really cant afford to pay to have the same part installed twice at no fault of my own and the time that my truck wasn't on the road making money. I am still recovering from this and my family and business took a hit because of this. The customer service guy seemed to have his hands tied, he seemed to really want to help cover some of my loss, but management over rode him and only allowed him to refund $300. Always check for labor warranty and ask yourself, can you afford to do this twice...
