Hilton Garden Inn Hershey

We loved it! We spent a great deal of time in this area as a kid and this time it did not disappoint. This hotel is perfect, clean, great location, and superior staff. We played golf at the old Hershey country club where my dad and I played once a year in the summer. Loved it.

Kathi with Hilton helped me book a wedding room block and she was so friendly and helpful. She offered to post a sign for our transportation and the hotel gave out our welcome bags to guests. One guest missed getting theirs and the front desk kindly delivered the bag to her room without asking. Kathi was very knowledgeable and quick to setup the block for us and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn at Hershey!

We stayed here for one night while visiting Hersheypark for Christmas. The location is perfect about 7 min from the park and other Hershey attractions. There is a good diner one minute away called the soda jerk, so we had breakfast there rather than at the hotel. The one girl at the front desk, I think her name was Emily, was very nice: I ordered room service one night and was surprised they don’t bring it to your room and you have to go get it, but not a big deal. There’s a nice small indoor pool and hot tub, we didn’t use it bc it was full of kids but of course we expected that with it being Hershey, but it looked nice. The lobby is very nice with a fireplace. The actual rooms and hallways could use a renovation. Like it’s not bad, just some slightly outdated curtains and rugs and scratches on some furniture. But not a big deal at all. The room was very clean and had all toiletries. They don’t use any kind of comforters here and there was no heavy blankets to use, but it’s possible the front desk had them on request. Anyway it’s a solid three star hotel and was perfect for our needs and would definitely stay here again.

Took my daughter here for a sleepover with her friends they swam had pizza everyone was friendly super close to Hershey! Lovely weekend

This is by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in post covid. The staff was friendly and helpful. Faith helped us check in and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. We had dinner in the "lobby" and it was definitely not your typical hotel food. I recommend the cheeseburger and Buffalo wings. It was so convenient not to have to leave the hotel for a meal yet still be able to get a good meal. Our server Ricardo was fast, friendly and efficient. He had such a pleasant personality. The pool area was clean. The temperature of the pool water was perfect to just go right in. The hot tub was a little hotter than most hotels but after a long drive felt great on our tired muscles. We just needed to ease in. We travel south from the Boston area quite often and will be making this hotel one of our regular places to stop for rest.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. The staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast was probably the weakest part of my stay but with a bunch of restaurants nearby it wasn't an issue.

I had a great stay at this property and the staff was exceptionally nice. I was extra tired after visiting Gettysburg and just wanted to sit in casual clothes and have a glass of wine and a bite while watching the hockey game, and the crew there made sure I had a good seat, the right channel, and went out of their way to get me a wine I liked because the item on the menu wasn't available. I think the woman at the bar is named Roxie and it was her first day. She's a keeper!! She was really lovely and took great care of me. Another gentleman who seemed to do a bit of everything was named Freddie (or maybe Frankie) and he also provided exceptional service. The desk staff and everyone I encountered were all delightful! The room was really comfortable too. I absolutely will choose this property for my next visit to see the Hershey Bears play. They eliminated my team (the Wolf Pack), but they're my other favorite team, so GO BEARS!! 🐻

It was a short trip but our room was clean on arrival, comfortable and staff was friendly. We didn't eat while here but they did have a kitchen during certain hours. We did however drink when we got back to the hotel and meet some other guests in the lobby and chatted all night. It was a great experience. Better than other hotels we have stayed at nearby. It is dated but we were happy with our stay. Will be back.

There was an issue with our room (that was no fault of the hotel's), and Faith at the front desk was extremely helpful and worked very hard to accommodate us and get us into another room. The hotel was perfectly adequate; clean, comfortable, no complaints to be had. The staff were excellent though, and took fantastic care of us. We will definitely stay here again. And thank you again Faith!

Lovely location with friendly staff and nice rooms. Pool and hot tub were small but very clean and nice, and we loved the extended hours (open until 11PM!) Lobby is very pretty and has lots of room for sitting/chatting/boardgames. Our room was great with only two small issues - crumbs and wrappers under the couch, and no coffee cups for the Keurig. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay and we will be back.

An amazing hotel to stay at. Super close to the park and museum, also nearby retail stores and restaurants. The gym and pool are very nice but is a small hotel. Snack bar and restaurant inside the restaurant are very nice. The shower and care amenities in the bathroom were also very nice along with the room. There was a thunderstorm the night I stayed there and there was no signal for the TV and what a better time for it to happen during the NBA Finals. Power almost went out but in all good circumstances. Front desk is very nice and I will come back to this hotel.

From the moment we walked up to the service desk, Diamond greeted us with a friendly smile. She was very accommodating when we explained the series of unfortunate events that had transpired that day. She went out of her way to make sure that our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn would far exceed our expectations. In our opinion, Diamond embodies the true meaning of hospitality!! We also found our room to be very clean and our bed was very comfortable!!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Stayed in king bed suite. The room was clean, very large, and the bed comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from and had no problems having Door Dash deliver. Quick easy drive to local attractions. Look forward to staying here again when we come back out to see Hershey.

My bar tender Ms.Laura is the best woman I have ever met in my life. Sue treated me with kindness and love and I love her back. Y’all need more Laura’s.

We stayed overnight with our 2 young daughters and had a wonderful stay!! The rooms were spotless & concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful!! We ate dinner at the restaurant located in the lobby and had an amazing server. The food was great and service was fantastic. The chef even came out a few times to check on us and bring us our food. This was by far, our best hotel experience because of the kind, friendly staff!

This hotel was amazing!! The pool was a little small but it was open from 7-11pm. The whirlpool was relaxing and was great for parents to sit in while watching kids swim. They provided two beach balls at the pool for anyone to use. The location was amazing because it was just about 10 minutes from Hershey Park and had a food plaza right next to it. There was a great view from the front of the hotel. The beds where very comfortable and I got a great sleep although I would recommend to bring an extra pillow if you can't sleep with one pillow. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't eat there but they had free coffee in the morning that you could walk down and make. Overall this place was great and I would love to stay here again. I would definetly recommend this place to friends and family.

Clean, comfortable room with everything in order, digital check in/out with room selection, digital key. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Quick drive less than 5 minutes to Hershey Lodge conference center.

We orginally were over at the Days Inn by Wyndham, but do to the cold weather, they had an issue with hot water. We called around and Saliann from Hilton Garden Inn, was so helpful and accomidating, she booked us and got us in for early check in so we could shower and continue our great getaway weekend in Hershey. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff, especially Saliann was absolutely incredible. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed last week after spending the day at Hershey Park. We decided we wanted a simple hotel instead of risking it at a weird B&B run by god knows who. Everything was so clean, the price was great, and it's so close to the park, food, shopping, etc. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and attentive, as was the guy in the Flyers mask who took care of us in the morning. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If you just want to get away for a night and not worry about anything, this is the place. Thanks for everything!

Service was outstanding and location was perfect for a quick visit to Hershey Park. Looks like hotel was recently updated with some hints to its past (older shower). $13.95 upcharge for breakfast seemed high so I didn't purchase. Plenty of affordable breakfast options in the area. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold and room was dark at night. There was some hallway noise early morning but only from a few passing children. I would stay again if I was in the area.
