The Hotel Hershey

I took the kids to Hershey Park and stayed at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival at the front desk, we were greeted warmly and promptly checked into our room despite arriving early. The availability of a shuttle bus from the hotel to the park was incredibly convenient. The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was clean, spacious, and staffed with attentive lifeguards. While we didn't have the opportunity to explore all of the amenities, our overall experience was positive. The only downside was that the food options were a bit pricey, but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is great: beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great food, etc.

We love to stay in the "cottages", which are very luxurious, with lovely views, peaceful. The time in the hotel proper are also nice, but I wouldn't stay in the poolside rooms again, as they were a bit worn, body, and smelled strongly of chlorine. (Which was understandable/unavoidable, but not something I want to deal with.)

I have never stayed in such a majestic hotel in PA and this one didn't disappoint. Taking the time to see all of the amenities available really takes more than 1 day, so do yourself a favor and soak up the atmosphere & amenities. Take some extra free time to do all you can. The complimentary tickets to the museum and butterfly exhibit were a perfect bonus. I have to come back and get some of the spa services so I can update this review. Enjoy your stay!

Property was nice and clean. Employees were friendly in a level which is sadly becoming tougher to come by. Food good, not great, but frankly seemed priced appropriately. Room was clean, comfortable, slightly dated but also charming. If we ever pass through the area again we'd stay for the night.

Enjoyed Christmas dinner with my sister. Food and service was very good, main course was tasty but small. However was disappointed that they have discontinued their Christmas Day buffet that we've previously attended for many years. That was a wonderful event !!!

Just came for drinks at the bar here and they were fantastic. The different martinis are all great, i love the chocolate espresso martini personally. Love stopping in for drinks after a dinner, and love bringing out of town guests.

The Hotel Hershey surpassed all my expectations, earning a solid "10" in every aspect! From the moment we arrived, the valets provided exceptional service, swiftly assisting us with our car. The front desk staff were not only welcoming but went above and beyond, each greeting us with delicious Hershey bars. Celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday was made even more special as she was presented with a sizable candy bar bearing a custom label reading "Happy 30th birthday Shelby" – a truly thoughtful touch.
The hotel itself, along with its rooms and surrounding grounds, were impeccably maintained, adorned with vibrant flowers and meticulous landscaping. We had the pleasure of dining at two of the hotel's restaurants, both of which offered outstanding cuisine. To our delight, each establishment surprised my daughter with a delightful birthday message written in chocolate on her dessert plate.
The attention to detail throughout our stay was truly impressive. Our spa experience was nothing short of fabulous, with every step of the journey exceeding expectations. Needless to say, we are already planning our return for a future stay.

We had dinner at the Trevi 5. The service was fantastic and the meal was good although quite large. They heard we were celebrating a birthday and brought the birthday girl 2 chocolate covered strawberries 🍓. The rest of the hotel is so fun to walk around. There are 2 bars, 5 shops, and an indoor fountain room that looks straight out of the Mediterranean. From the valet to the front desk, all the employees are polite and helpful.

I only visited the Hotel, I did not spend the night. I went to see the Christmas decorations. The building, property, and location are all beautiful. The Hotel sits on a hill and overlooks the area around Hershey. There are several gift and snack shops within the Hotel where you can purchase small items or snacks. They also have a restaurants. It seems like it would be a wonderful place to stay.

What an amazing place! We did not stay here, but we did hang out at the bar. My wife and I do want to go back get a room for a weekend.

This is a great spot for a milestone birthday. We celebrated my wife's birthday this January and this hotel was the perfect choice. Even in the winter months when many of the seasonal attractions like Hersheypark are closed, there is so much to do. It is also great to experience this hotel in the winter when everything is less crowded and more laid back.

Our Wedding DJs, AV Team, and Photo Booth staff love working at The Hotel Hershey. From the extremely nice and outgoing staff to the picturesque venue and landscape, this is our all-time favorite wedding and event venue to perform at.

From pulling up to Valet, to checking in, to dinner in the Circular with John as our server everything was great. All weekend it seemed to be a TEAM effort!

My GF and I spent our anniversary weekend there and felt very special by “all” we came in contact with. We were there to see KC & The Sunshine Band at the Hershey Theater…(awesome show ).
Reserved a King Room with a view of the Garden/Pools and felt very comfortable! The room was presented with cleanliness and very tidy! Bathroom and shower ..super clean!

I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine to be in the room with a basket of chocolate…perfect!
The personalized Giant candy Bar that said “welcome Mr & Mrs Dogan”…not exclusive but for us, yes it was!!

Front desk was very accommodating with a couple request during our stay and room service Saturday morning hit the spot..couple omelettes , fruit, OJ ( to make mimosas from reserved sparkling wine). Coffee and a Chocolate Croissant was so decadent!

The team members we made contact with in all the shops, hallways made eye contact and treated you like family!!!!!!

Great tasting dinner on Friday night in the Circular!
An Amuse Buse to start then Parker-house Roll and Lavash basket with seasoned herbed butter!
Lobster Bisque and a Fromage sampler followed!
Mains were a perfectly cooked Filet mignon and a Duck Entree with Seared Foie Gras that was so delicious I wanted another! Couple cocktails one being a Georgia Peach Martini although not on a menu was made without hesitation and my lady loved it! We ran late getting there and our server John was super gracious and let us be without rushing us…thanks John for the good conversations and service! Hope the foot gets better!! The Happy Anniversary Plate with Chocolate Covered Strawberries were great!!

Check out on Sunday was organized chaos..in a good way. Occupancy. Was high with a wedding from Saturday evening , folks like us for the KC show and regular guests …again all hands were on deck to accommodate 200+ checkouts.

You made us feel special and that made the trip worth every penny!!!

Hotel Hershey was a fantastic place to stay, great food and awesome staff! Can't wait to visit again.

My husband and I visited the Hotel Hershey over the weekend for our anniversary. We had an amazing time! All the little details made our stay so comforting and special. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and so helpful! We ordered room service and the whole experience was phenomenal. The boutique stores were very nice. Only complaint is that our bathroom was really small, we got the standard king room. Overall it's worth every penny!!

The rooms at hotel hershey are beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. We ordered the room service for breakfast which was very good and the fitness center was large and well equipped. There are also some shops worth checking out too.

Worth every penny. Exceptional service. Nice dining options and the food was all very good. But the service... i don't know where they are finding these folks. Everyone seemed so happy to be working there. Everyone happy to go out of their way. Truly a wonderful experience!

Beautiful place with a fantastic staff I highly recommend you visit at least once in your life and enjoy everything the hotel and the surrounding area have to offer. You’ll definitely come back.
