Mike with HL Bowman was quick, thorough and friendly. He came to our house on time, as expected, explained exactly what he was going to do, and got it done in record time. There were no hidden costs, and he even cleaned the spot where he pulled off the toilet to fix it! I’ve never had such a great plumbing experience. This company and all of its employees goes above and beyond. I’ll always call them first for my plumbing needs.

So glad we chose this company. They went beyond our expectations. The entire crew, from diagnostic, to sales, to install, were extremely professional and also very kind. We highly recommend using this team.

The first tech that came out was very nice, clearly loved what he was doing. He made sure we were aware of what we were getting into. The tech that installed our new water heater was very thorough and made sure to clean up previous companies mess. The new system looks like it was done with care and pride. I especially loved the texts with a pic of the tech coming out. Overall great experience. Would come back easily.

Guy is the best technician I’ve ever worked with from any service that’s worked in my home. He is patient and thorough in explaining what he’s doing with my systems and equipment. He doesn’t mind answering any of my questions. He remembers details about my home and his previous visits, which I find very impressive and honestly comforting as a customer. My family is also going through a difficult time right now and unfortunately he may have had to witness some of this as he was working on our systems. He remained nothing but professional though. I have so much respect and appreciation for the work that Guy does for my home and my family and I hope we continue to see him again.

The unexpected need for a new system had me stressed. HL Bowman assisted me from start to finish! They helped me with my insurance claim, walked me through my options, provided financing, and convenient scheduling. The installers worked quickly, and were very nice to work with. After the install they walked me through the new system (filter, thermostat, recommended maintenance). I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Yesterday ppl showed up to inform us that our meter censor was running hot, turns out it was melting. HL Bowman showed up same day and sorted out what we needed to start the project following day. Project was completed within 4hrs and power fully restored by 6hrs. Professional, prompt. Thank you so much for the tiny piece of sanity through all this.

Matt is amazing!!! I really can't rave enough on his expertise, attention to detail and efficient options that he provides so that you as the customer can make the best choice according to your financial situation. We had water running from a pipe and couldn't figure out how to turn it off because the valve wouldn't turn all the way shut. The water was also seeping between the wall in our basement and causing water damage as well. I am just really happy that we made the call, price was definitely affordable (late night call), and now that water issue is no more!

I would recommend HL Bowman and Mr. Matt to anyone! And I truly appreciate the text notification that shows you who the technician is that will be doing your service. All in all... no complaints!

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the installation and how well the project was handled from quoting through finish. I appreciated the time spent putting together the vanity in particular without complaint or “sorry.” I wasn’t sure if that would be part of the scope, so I was pleased as punch to have a completely finished bathroom by the service’s end.

Mike was out to replace an old pipe that was leaking. He did a great job. Kept the job site clean and orderly and most importantly, it’s fixed! Always look forward to the quality and professionalism at HL Bowman.

I did not technically use HL Bowman for any job, but merely had a question for them concerning a septic inspection (that was scheduled by someone else-not my choosing). I got to speak with John G. and he was very helpful/knowledgeable and personable! He had the answer I needed and even offered to come to the site for additional help if I needed. This is what I call real customer service, even tho I wasn't a customer. Thanks John, much appreciated and I will recommend you when opportunity arises.

Brandon and Mason both did a clean and tremendous job installing 2 mini split systems. Anytime they wanted to explain details of the installation, they both were very thorough. Guy was amazing very professional. Very friendly. You can tell he’s very dedicated to what he does. I ended up becoming a member. To make sure that my AC and heating system are always in good shape. Thank you so much Guy.

Ali was great at completing a big job for us. Answered all questions and worked hard to get things working again. This involved installing a new water heater and water softener. He was Prompt showing up at our house. As it happens, our well pump went out yesterday and Matt came to check it out. He arrived within a half hour and was extremely helpful in pinpointing the problem. He returned today with a coworker and pulled 600 feet of well pipe to replace pump. All work was done neatly and explained in full. I highly recommend Matt for any plumbing needs.

Chad was awesome. He took the time to talk and go over my options. Not only did he save me money he got me scheduled fast and was generally looking out for my best interest. I can't thank him enough. Great guy all around.

Dan from HL Bowman showed up on time, presented ID, and got to work. Dan was professional and courteous. From what I can tell he did an outstanding job on our mini split's yearly service. This year they needed a little extra work and it was done in a timely fashion. I am enjoying the cool air as I write this. If all the tech people performed their services in this manner. I would be very happy.

Hunter and Kyle did an excellent job replacing our boiler. It was very old, probably more than 40 years. It has been maintained as best as possible, but it was time. Thanks to their excellent work, we can now heat safely. Thank you! (The old one on the right)

Aaron's great attitude got the process off to a great start. Aaron provided details about what was causing the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. Aaron looked to the future with our water heater. He gave us a pamphlet to go over and said he would answer any questions we had. An outstanding experience.

We had a very professional experience with HL Bowman guys who were at the house installing our new heat pump, air handler and all the work that went along with that. They took great care of my house while doing the work and left it clean. They upgraded the outside parts to make sure the system works well and looks nice too. Definitely very satisfied with this Company and all we have worked with so far. Thank You all!

We were very happy with the service provided by Michael Huffman today. First of all, we called this morning for service and Michael showed up promptly this afternoon. That kind of service is hard to find. Michael was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix our ceiling fan/light. He worked quickly and efficiently while explaining everything he did as he worked. We won't hesitate to call him for future electrical needs. Shortly after he left us, we received an nice email from him with estimates for other work we had asked about. Michael is an excellent representative for HL Bowman.

Clint led the team and did a great job. He arrived early and started working right away. He later was assisted by Brandon, Kyle and Dominic. Clint kept us updated throughout the process and did a great job. Aaron returned on Friday to install the a/c parts which needed to be ordered. Overall, a great experience from Bob the comfort specialist to all the technicians who worked on the project, everyone was professional and personable. Would highly recommend!
