Andre has been my delivery man for the last three deliveries. Each of these visits, he has shown concern for my well being by offering to do something for me and by striking up a short friendly conversation. Andre really is a personable member of your staff. I am fortunate to have him deliver my oxygen.

Woops , my order was to go to my place in Delaware and it was sent to the wrong place. Have reordered and hopefully I will get my supplies today. Do to I have only 1 pouch left.

Robert was very friendly and thorough. He took time to explain how everything worked and answered our questions, so that we understood. He didn't use technical terms that we were not familiar with but was very clear. I left his office feeling confident that this would work.

Michael was great—I left feeling well-prepared to begin therapy, and comfortable with getting started. He was thorough throughout the fitting process, and gave detailed information about how to both use and care for the equipment. I’m excited to get started!

Our service tech, Parke Rhineer, did a great job servicing my concentrator. He was also very helpful and patient answering some questions that we had. We needed an emergency appointment for my concentrator on Saturday. Parke was here in less than 30 minutes of my call.

Great place. Steve was very helpful and kind. My son felt very relaxed. And the reordering process is a breeze. Right over the phone and they mail it right out to you.

Katie, my tech, did an excellent job explaining everything about my cpap machine and with fitting my mask. She was very thorough and also personable.

Anytime I have called for assistance I have always been helped immediately. The employees have always been courteous to my mother and myself.

It took me years to get a cpap because of insurance errors. Trevor followed my case from the beginning this time and what a difference. He even cintacted me in weekends. I was very pleased. Today I was with Kimberly to pick up my cpap. She was excellent. Very personable and explained all very well.

Every time I have had to call with questions or orders I was treated very courteously, and they ordered everything I needed correctly.

Delivery driver Richard was fantastic. He kept me updated to time he would arrive and was there promptly. He was kind and patient showing me how to use and adjust the wheelchair.
