Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey North

Truck broke down between Texas and Vermont and this hotel is less than 2 miles from where it's getting fixed. Suite was nice for a 2 day stay with the two of us WFH while "stuck" here. Breakfast is nice and well stocked. Kept clean. Room well maintained. Art is nice. Staff even allowed us a delayed departure which was super helpful.

The hotel was generally basic but nothing to really complain as I knew when booking what I was paying for.
The Front desk was really accommodating as there were several families stuck due to the snow storm and the front desk staff was mindful and let us use their dining areas and provided a lot of the basic toiletries.
Rooms were clean and the shower pressure and bathrooms were all relatively good (looks like depending on your rooms you might have a different experience based on other reviews).

Super clean and staff super friendly. Indoor pool seemed to be enjoyed by others. Staff promptly addressed a repair issue. Breakfast buffet also very varied offerings and clean. Short drive to downtown, Hershey Park or Farm Show.

Clean airy rooms, good basic breakfast, i was particularly impressed with Arjun at the front desk. He was courteous, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. His hospitality and people skills would make him an ideal manager of any hotel. Its wonderful to see young people.with such potential.

stayed here with my fiance over memorial day weekend. we got there very late the first night, and both the lady in the evening and the lady in the morning were super kind and accommodating. rooms were clean, beds comfortable. easy access to highway and hershey park. parking was plentiful. breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but tasty and with enough variety to cater to everyone. we had a great time, will definitely keep this location in mind next time we head out that way.

The place was just very nice! We were invited to the local pow wow to perform our traditional aztec dancing, and due to my back I couldn't stay camping in the park so my family booked this hotel, friendly staff, they gave out breakfast, everything so organized and cleaned and they had a pool!! Wish I had taken pictures.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and respectful to my friends and I. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were really clean and pretty big. There was also a very nice indoor pool. The staff gave me recommendations for food and had a couple of menus for restaurants to look at. Overall, 5/5 hotel. Great location, price, entertainment, etc. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Clean Spacious Rooms, Very High Ceilings. Only a few min drive to Hershey and Surrounding Areas.

A spacious, comfortable and clean room, right off the hwy, friendly staff. Free breakfast is a bonus.

It was an amazing hotel! The rooms were so big! And swimming in the pool was sooo fun! Everything was soo clean as well! And everybody was so nice! The breakfast was so good! The rooms had 2 beds, a long nice dresser, a good bathroom with a nice shower, a microwave and a miny fridge with a freezer! And they have a very neat color scheme in the hotel and rooms! And it was the best 2 days I have spent in a hotel in a long time! I loved it so much! Thanks to all the kind workers!😊😁❤

Clean hotel, free hot breakfast, a pool and very welcoming. The guy at the front desk was very nice and easy check in. The rooms are clean, plently of clean towels and 13 minutes to Hollywood casino, 4 minutes for dunkin coffee, 5 minutes to target. It's honestly the perfect location! I highly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling this way. We would 100% stay here again. Prices are fair.

From the mouth of babes: “Best hotel Ever”. Mind you she hasn’t been to many. This is one of the best budget friendly hotels we’ve been to.
Breakfast: big props to the cook, he kept everything clean, well stocked, hot, delicious.
Pool: not grimy like some of the other hotels we’ve seen. It is not a 5 star pool in a ritzy hotel.
Beds: best bed - firm and somehow so comfortable - I’ve ever slept on in a hotel-wish I have the same one at home.
Washrooms: it is not 100% updated, but again not going to a 5 star hotel so my expectation was in line. It was clean enough.
Floors: noticeably vacuumed but I’d say they’d probably miss some corners. Acceptable.

Staff were all 💯 great. Loved our stay. Pay it forward and leave tips for the staff so they keep doing a good job!!

What a pleasant experience our stay was! The staff is friendly and accommodating! We had two vehicles and a trailer and the staff worked with us to have a safe place to park that was convenient to get in/out of the parking lot. The rooms are spotless! The breakfast area is large, well stocked and sparkling clean. This location is an excellent representation of the Choice brand!

We ended up at this hotel because of a gross experience at a different one 6 minutes away. We were visiting Hersheypark and it was really close at an affordable price. Once we arrived it was a relief to see it was clean and welcoming. The pool was a favorite of the kids and the breakfast spread was amazing. The kids loved the waffle marker and the coffee was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious room. Choice hotel so I get rewarded for each stay. They beds are so comfortable and sturdy. They could have had a bigger tv for the size of the room. Very clean rooms.

Very nice place to stay! Location is great, easy to get in and out of. Front desk staff were super friendly, offering us different directions to
Hersheypark than what our GPS told us that actually made the trip a lot quicker. Staff also gave us directions to area food and shopping! Really the best front desk service I have ever had. Our room was large and very clean. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, bathrooms nice, clean and well stocked. The pool was very nice, but I have to say it was extremely cold in there! My children had a lot of fun in it, but it was just too cold for me after just a few minutes. The exercise room was small but nice, not everything worked properly in there though. Love having guest laundry, easy to access on the second floor of the hotel. Breakfast was good, typical Choice hotels breakfast. Really a great place to stay! If I am ever in the area again this will be my first choice for accommodations!

1st off...this hotel is clean! That staff was very friendly and check in/out was super smooth. They do have breakfast with a nice seating area. I did not have breakfast however, it smelled really good. It was quiet even on a Friday nite and is located mins from everything. Highly recommend.

clean and reasonably updated hotel. staff very friendly...Sonia at breakfast was super. Breakfast was good. Pool was fun and open later....have been at hotels where pool closes early. only minor complaint is that I could hear room above me walking around. first time I ever experienced that. overall very good value.

A clean, comfortable place to stay, a bit out of the way, but VERY QUIET.
Reception, on arrival, was very welcoming-however the night clerk wasn't too joyous when I asked for my receipt at 5am the next morning. 😵‍💫

Slept here after an impromptu visit to the Hershey park, and was super nice for the price. Two queen size with an hd tv microwave and mini fridge along with a coffee maker. Place was super clean and although we didn't have the time, a pool! And best of all welcoming customer service, for a family of four we couldn't ask for anything more.
