Inside Track Mechanicsburg

First time here. Was very impressed by staff's, customer service, knowledge, and overall willingness to help. They have a great selection of running and walking gear for everyone. Best place for the runner 🏃‍♀ in your house for gift giving. I will be back!

This was my 2nd visit to this place- My first time was at the beginning of the year…and the young man was amazing at his job and hearing what the foot dr had told me!
So I returned to get more shoes! I had a different person help me…he was filling in and I believe his name was Tyler (if it’s incorrect I am very sorry!) and he was definitely just as much helpful as the first person! I didn’t know they have a 2nd location!
I ended up getting the same brand and on sale bc the newer “version” (?) just came out! So I got those and the brooks 23. I have a carbon fiber plate I have to wear and the brooks 23…and brooks 22 feel great! I also got a pair of lock laces for the first time… love!!
He was friendly and my experience both times were lgbtq friendly. Very helpful and enjoyed returning! I DO send my clients there for the quality service and shoes! Store was also clean with bright lighting. The one thing I would recommend…a brighter sign to find this location. It’s a hidden gem.

Wyatt was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Overall a great vibe! I left inside track knowing I had the correct shoe for me.

Edit: sure enough, Wyatt was on point putting me into the Saucony Triumphs. Great feel and super fun to run in!

We had an absolutely excellent experience. The gentleman who helped us today was patient and knowledgeable. We left with 3 pairs of proper fitting sneakers and 2 sets of insoles for Mom. I'm beyond thrilled to have a sneaker that can double as my runners.
Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I recently sustained an injury while running, during my recovery the doctor recommended that I go to this store to have them fit me for a new pair of running shoes. I took his advice, the manager gave me a great class on how to choose the proper shoe for my feet. He was extremely friendly and most of extremely knowledgeable. I ran today for the first time in a little over 30 days and had a great experience. It was probably the first time in at least 10 years that I ran and was totally pain free. I'd also like to add that I'm not a high school track athlete, I'm a 41 year old Soldier. I'd recommended this store to people of all ages, not just student athletes.

This morning was by far the best experience I've EVER had as any type of customer. I was helped by the manager and walked away feeling confident that my shoes were perfect for me for track season, thanks to his attention and advise. A visit here isn't quick but is efficient and of maximum quality. It also helped that this store offers a discount to many of the local high school track teams, so be sure to mention yours!

Such a helpful place! Jim has helped myself and my daughters get fitted with running shoes. It is amazing how much better a run is when you are fitted by an expert! My aches went away with a fitting and new shoes.

Stopped in while out of town in need of socks, was recommend Feetures! as the most comfortable ever. I have worn every brand of high end merino socks and these truly are the most comfortable ever!!! Thanks for the help!

The Inside Track Mechanicsburg is an excellent specialty Running store! The staff is always very friendly and attentive to my needs. I have been going to Inside Track for over 20 years and I always feel like family when I go there! Love the Inside Track!

Service is great and the staff knows their stuff. As a runner and a coach, I buy all my shoes here!
