My husband and I recently bought our work truck from here and it couldn’t have gone better! Justin and Joey are great, very family oriented. Justin is who we mainly dealt with, he was incredibly friendly and had no problem answering any questions we had. After about a week we ran into some issues with our air conditioning, they had no problem fitting us in their schedule next day to look at it! Scott, their mechanic, was quick to diagnose the issue. He had us back up and running in no time!

I bought a truck from their Harrisburg lot. There was no pressure yet they were there if I had any questions. They were polite and easy to work with. They gave me the keys so I could test drive and look at the truck by myself. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I liked how they worked directly with my credit union. They did all the paperwork and financing while I waited. The whole process was quicker and easier than I expected. I would buy from them again.

Absolute awesome experience with these gentlemen running the show at this dealership. Very kind and no BS whatever. Was in and out in an hour. They didn't try overselling the vehicle I went to purchase. Was strait up and fair market value as well. I drove 4+ hours to get there and was not disappointed when I made it. I also had a few kids with me and they all came in, they had a few toys there and made them comfortable while paperwork was being done. Awesome experience

This would be the best car experienced I’ve ever had. I spoke with Joey a few times while deciding on the car i wanted to purchase. He was very helpful and courteous. I drove from Baltimore on a Saturday after speaking on Friday. When I test drove the Lexus it was in full working order!!!!!!!!! The pictures matched what I saw in person, the car was In excellent condition, Joey was helpful due to some cosmetic issues. He took responsibility and resolved my concern very quickly, After purchasing the car he even gave me money for gas lol!! This process was so quick And was finished within the hour of getting there. I bought my first vehicle from this place November 2021. After a long challenging and frustrating search, I one day get my eye caught on a cute Jeep. On the drive, everything was surprisingly smooth in addition to low miles and a clean car fax. Understanding that I was still skeptical the salesmen suggested that I take the truck to my trusted mechanic to verify that everything was working correctly and that I was not being sold a lemon. And everything checked out! I had a gem! Both of the gentlemen were very helpful and very patient and understanding, I remember everything that they did to assure that I was comfortable with my purchase. FAST FORWARD TO FEBRUARY 2022, I am still under 83,000 miles and the car is still running remarkably! Car salesman get a bad rep. I know that before I officially bought my truck, I ran into back to back disappointments and encounters with untrustworthy salesman that regardless of the benefit of the doubt tried to screw me over. THE GENTLEMEN AT THIS DEALERSHIP RESTORED MY FAITH AND TRUST IN CAR SALESMEN. They are not money hungry and they are sensitive to the human condition and they give good advice. I believe one was named Andy and he was very very nice. I Did not mean to make this a long and drawn out review, but it was well overdue. I just want to say, If you or anyone else you know just happens to be someone that believes that there are no good and honest salesman left in this world I would strongly strongly suggest that you try this car dealership before you give up hope.(Andy if you are reading this, I remember you told me that you hoped that my jeep treats me well, I just want to let you know, it’s been AWESOME to me! The guys that work here are very nice. They don’t pressure you and they are very knowledgeable and patient. I had a great experience buying my Rav here after my car was totaled in an accident. They were extremely busy the day I came in and were still super patient with us. I was happy with my experience and I would buy from them again.

Great local car dealership- my best experience ever!
This was my best-ever, new or used, car buying experience. Typically, honesty and car dealerships are antithetical... however, I-deal Cars have proven to be the exception. Do yourself a favor- ask for Joey. He was an awesome person to deal with...honest, straight forward, trustworthy, and patient. He wasn't pushy or overbearing (which seems to be the norm as a female looking to buy a vehicle). I felt that he genuinely cared about getting me into a vehicle which was right for me... not just making another sale. Good prices, great cars. This place was a breath of fresh air: Joey gave just the right amount of attention, answering my questions, was polite, professional and courteous...letting me make the decision without pressure or making me feel belittled or overwhelmed (unlike many other salespeople with whom I had prior interacted in the five weeks of my search). He even stayed later than normal posted hours in order to accommodate me and complete my purchase. There were many great cars to choose from at this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman. I will be returning here for all my purchases in the future because it was a great experience.

Very busy lot, very friendly staff, my vehicles transmission blew over the weekend, and I needed a vehicle to fit four kids fast, they gave it to me straight up, even allowed me to take the mini van I was eyeing up to my mechanic to have it checked out. Cars are priced to move, they will assist with financing, however I paid straight cash. No hassles, no hidden fees, very straightforward and the guys were super awesome with me just popping open whichever vehicle I wanted to look at. Definitely will get what you're looking for, so long as you put in your due diligence. Momma is a happy lady!

Just bought our new van here today, and Joey was excellent. Despite how busy it was today, he made time to answer any questions and get us through the paperwork efficiently, even with someone knocking on the door every few minutes. And when we went to leave, he referred us to an affiliate business that put a new battery in for us for free just minutes after leaving the lot, just because he felt it needed done after we likely left the lights on after our test drive. Highly recommend dealing with him.

My wife and I were in the market for buying a bigger vehicle for our growing family. While it's important to research the type of vehicle you want and compare cost to mileage, we did a lot of research on car dealerships. We came upon I-Deal Cars and read great reviews about their customer service and they also had they type of vehicle we were looking for. My wife and I could not have asked for a more wonderful car buying experience! The car salesman, Shane, was a very laid back man who was not pushy at all, but very helpful and informative at the same time. They let let us inspect the car on our own and let us test drive it on our own. We decided to get the car and the process took no more than an hour. I highly recommend these guys if you like laid back car salesmen with outstanding customer service.

Sooo we didn’t “NEED” another truck but….. I was just randomly scrolling and looking at cars one day a few months ago and saw this beautiful truck the same year as the one I already have and I absolutely love and it was in a very rare color so hubby and I drove the 1.5 hour to go take a “look” well needless to say it only took me 10 minutes to decide I wanted it lol. We picked it up on a Saturday and off we went. Well about 2/3 weeks later we went to get it inspected in our state and it failed. I panicked immediately and thought oh no we bought and paid cash for this truck and it’s going to be a dud. I called the salesman that we worked with his name was Joey and we bought the truck back to him, he had it sent to his mechanic and out of good faith they fixed the issue. My heart is so happy. What a great buying experience. Thank you Ideal Cars. I LOVE my truck.

These guys are great. Needed a reliable car for a college student. They had a good selection of lower priced cars. Unlike the other dealerships I had visited, they took the time to talk through what car would make the most sense for my student.
They carry a nice selection of Subaru's and if you have one of them, you know that when you start to reach a certain mileage level replacing the timing belt has to be done. There wasn't a Subaru on their lot that was in the mileage range that hadn't had this done. That's > $1000 in maintenance you don't have to worry about.
We ended up buying a nice little Toyota that has filled our need exceptionally well.
I highly recommend them and will buy from them again!

Extremely gracious For Opportunity to visit dealership. Had plans for a particular vehicle that was not there once I arrived.I would be lying if I said I wasnt prepared for it but I was. Reason you ask? I didn't call i just showed up. Reason I did it that way is the same reason why your reading this review to see how other people felt about there visit when they made the choice too choose Ideal before any other dealership/Lot. I read reviews of previous consumers like my self who visited the establishment. It help me build faith and confidence in knowing if the vehicle i had my mind set on wasn't going to be available upon my Arrival I just said to myself the cars on the photos look really decent. Prices are very decent. Reviews sound and seem very honest and believable. Something will be there for me to pick out and drive it home satisfied. That's exactly what happened. I recommend. Thanks Bo Your a great salesman with integrity. And thanks to all Prior consumers who took time out too write a review cause honestly without it would have been much more of a difficult decision to make. God bless

I found a car at their lot via cars.com. I had a good experience working with them and purchasing a car. They had good customer service, communicated well with me, and were helpful. I do not live in the Harrisburg area and could not test drive before seeing in person for the first time, so before traveling there to purchase the car, I asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby mechanic to look over the vehicle - which they did. If you live out of state like me, know that you'll get a temporary PA registration and PA title and then will have to work with your state's DMV for taxes, titling and registration - wasn't a problem for me. Overall a good group to work with, I have no hesitations recommending.
