I love going into this store. They make you feel welcomed. Dennis has always been fabulous he is such a people person, very pleasant, and helpful.

The store manager was great and very helpful as well. Can't wait to get my necklace. (Received my earrings Christmas of 2022). We will be returning!!

The staff was very kind and helped fix a loose stone on my wife’s wedding ring. They also offered to help me get my wedding band resized when I mentioned to them it has been falling off. Great customer service.

When we first walked into the store we were just looking around to get something small and while looking Adrienne was nice enough to approach us and inform us about their Kay Jewelers Card and we were approved quickly ! They do have different payment options available to fit your needs ,and have a wide variety of watches , bracelets , rings , etc . we ended up walking out with a very nice ring and they had a good deal going on ! They do have deals throughout the year so there will always be nice things and good prices. Make sure to ask for Adrienne she is very polite and patient. Very knowledgeable and will help with anything you need and will make the experience a lot better !

We've bought numerous things from this Kay's location and it's always such a delight. Adrienne, the store manager, does a great job of discussing how the piece fits with what we're looking for. Valerie helped with cleaning my wedding band today and was so friendly and helpful. Shan Shan also helped us with some decisions we were making. All around a wonderful experience and we'll be back!

Nelly Adrienne Sison is a gem at your Kay Jewelers store on Carlisle Pike, PA. Adrienne is a great manager and reflects the character of the staff who work in the store. All personnel are friendly and reliable; and, perform follow-ups on orders and wish lists. This team is well liked by repeat customers like me.

Adrian and team are amazing. She designed my one band/ring from scratch. She listened to all my ideas and put them into one band..... and OH WHAT A BAND/RING IT WAS!! MAGNIFICENT!!!! Every time I go in to get it cleaned and inspected, the entire staff says hello and are all very friendly!

Always a pleasure going there and having my jewelry cleaned and inspected. Usually results in a new purchase or so today was no different found a natural aquamarine and diamond ring and a diamond thumb ring. Always pleased with Adrienne and the staff.
