GameStop

Went in looking for a game for my kids. Clerk new the game and informed me that said game was only available for digital download. I appreciate the knowledge and tact of the clerk.

Sorry I can't remember your names but the staff was very attentive answered every question promptly and let me know their was a sale on pokemon boosters ( if I had not known I may have bought less packs and not pulled these ) Thank you guys so much for your awesome service!

I had an unusual circumstance with purchasing an item while I was visiting from out of town. The staff here, especially the gentleman named Red were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for providing amazing customer service.

Went to the new Zelda Tears of the Kingdom midnight release, store was a little cramped for the turnout, but the staff remained professional and kind throughout the chaos, and got everyone processed quickly. Great store!

The guy working there was awesome. He gave me some game suggestions based on what I was buying. Seemed to legitimately care and that’s impossible to find anywhere else. Didn’t get pushy with upselling. If every GameStop was like this I’d be there way more often.

There was one person working during my visit. His name was Charles, assistant store leader. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. My husband and I had an amazing shopping experience that day. Can't say that, the previous times there. This guy is an excellent Gamestop employee. Highly recommend that Gamestop as long as Charles is still working there!

Been waiting 2 years for a ps5 and now I finally got one thanks for having it in stock

The staff was very knowledgeable and even purchased a g.ame while there when all I wanted to do was ask about the VR for the Ps5

I don't see what is wrong with you guys this place is awesome! I come here when payweek hits and every time I come in I like to strike a conversation with the folks! They are nice people, though there was this one guy that was rude as hell but I haven't saw him anymore ever since I came back (must of been fired) but I love this game stop and the employees are wonderful, stop on by!

Service was great. With current restrictions there was only one sales person and he did his best to take care of each customer despite being quite busy!

Best GameStop in the area. If you leave angry, you probably did something wrong, misunderstood something, or can’t accept that people are human, have limitations, and make mistakes.

These people will take care of you and give it to you straight. Just be nice to them!

Alex, just because you have no clue what you are doing and aren't responsible enough to keep track of your own purchases, does not give you the right to post a bad review like this. I have shopped at this location for years, and never had an issue, whether it was preordering and picking up, or just buying upfront. I have only ever had one issue, and it was due to my system in the end and no fault of theirs. Even if I forget to preorder a game, they have contacted me and asked me if I wanted to come in on release night, or the following morning in case I had forgotten. This is hands down the best store I've been to.

Best location to shop at, staff is knowledgable and friendly. They are always courteous and attentive to my family, always go out of their way to help find whatever we are looking for. I go here first if I need anything video game related for my children.

The store is clean and organized, and they have a good selection. The woman working there today was very knowledgeable and friendly as well.
