Clean, bright store . Fully stocked. Sales associates were very helpful and nice .

I went in looking for a pair of cargo shorts and the prettiest brown eyed girl who works there informed me that they were having a sale on the Old Navy brand of shorts. She was very kind and helpful, and very professional. The entire staff all had positive attitudes and great customer service. I highly recommend coming here to shop.

My husband and I had a wonderful time shopping at Old Navy in Colonial Commons earlier this evening. Bought our grandchildren great outfits at super great prices. The cashier was so nice and personable. We will shop there more often.

This location is doing a good job with infection control. All the staff had their masks on properly, they cleaned the register/counter between each transaction, and had hand sanitizer at the entrance. Well done to your staff.

Both of my daughters were able to find $5 leggings and Rock Star jeans in their sizes for 50 percent off today. One even found a pair in clearance. We're do not always have that kind of luck but both girls are more than set for this school year.

I wear an off-size and ordered the wrong thing online. The personnel there was great at finding me exactly what I needed, completing the overdue return, and ordering what they couldn’t find. It’s a good-sized store, too with wide variety of items.

Because of my size i needed to order pants thru the store and when i got there a clerk named Dillion checked the warehouse and when he saw they did not have what i needed he called 2 other store and was able to find me two pair at a really good price. So if you need close definitely go to the Jonestown Rd store.

Shop here often. Prices have been very reasonable lately. Just found out they carry plus sizes online! Would love to see them in stores soon!

The staff is so helpful! I bought almost all my summer clothes and actually found a white pair of jeans that I have been looking for since before Easter!

You can try on clothes here. A lot of stores don't allow fitting rooms to be open during this covid era. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

I exchanged an item in the Harrisburg Store on Old 22. Much more organized then the one in Wyomissing, Berks County.

Staff here is very helpful and friendly, and if you can't find your size they should be able to ship it to the store for you for free!
