Miller's Ale House

My third time here, Excellent again. Had the Tex-Mew nachos min...the plate was huge, nachos tasty and hot....also had an Authentic Ceasar salad. Dressing was awesome and just the right proportion. And I had the. Prime Burger, medium rare, cooked to perfection with fries!
There was a bit if a timing issue, all of the food came out simultaneously and I noted it to the server who happened to be the manager as well, and she handled it promptly and perfectly. She returned the burger and fries to the kitchen and 20 minutes layer I had finished my salad and nachos, she had the chef cook another burger and fresh fries!
She also apologized and I accepted it and told her she handled my situation Perfectly ....I will Definitely be returning soon as I want to sample the rest of their delicious menu!!

The menu is different and great really enjoy the chicken n shrimp 🦐 salad 🥗 and they give military discount

My daughter and I ate here over the weekend and we had Meghan as our server and she was awesome! She recommended the special item french dip sandwich which was amazing!!! We loved the atmosphere here and will definitely be returning soon

The place was ok, not ever gonna be my first choice but There was a bartender there by the name of Devon. She was awesome! She joked and had fun while working. Perfect bartender- I’d go back just because of her! She made our visit worth it !

Jules was by far the best bartender we have ever had at this establishment. Not only was she consistently on point, but she made great conversation about sports and made sure that every guest was taken care of. It is very clear how much she cares about her guests and the bar itself. Haven’t been back in a while because of the service but she has changed our opinion and we will make sure to come back because of her.

Our waitress Jules was amazing! Her customer service was awesome. She made our done it wonderful. I would come back everytime and ask for her!! This is who you want representing your brand!

We had a great experience at Miller’s Ale House. Devon was our bartender and waitress. She didn’t miss a beat. She was efficient and friendly. Refills were prompt even with serving multiple customers. We will definitely be back to see Devon again!

Dined out last night at millers and the food was excellent the service was beyond friendly jules was our waitress. The manager jessica stopped by and got us refills. It was really a nice engaging experience. We will be back for lunch again!

We have been here several times and it’s always great. Today, we had an unfortunate issue with one of our meals. The server and manager took care of it promptly and professionally. Thank you very much!!

Food is always excellent. Beer is ridiculously expensive. Service is hit or miss. Wait staff are great but host/hostesses are immature and clueless. My 87 yr old mother can't get up into a bar chair, 15 booths open but they're all reserved at 7:30PM?? We get food to go now.

Would like to thank Tom for a last minute reservation and accommodating our family for a memorial luncheon of 30. Spoke with Tom Friday night 9:30 PM and he was able to reserve tables for us the next day 1 PM. Thank you Tom very much we do appreciate it and also we’d like thank Markus our waiter. He was awesome and very, very pleasant. Couldn’t ask for any better

Katie is amazing!!!! Some of the ppl I went with can be picky but Katie listened to their concerns and made everything perfect. We can't wait to go back again. The manager Tom was great too! Great food and a great team here.

Miller's is awesome ! I used to go to Springfield, now this one is 5 mins away. The service and food was amazing. I had the fillet....as good as any I ever had. The barmaid was amazing too

Miller's ale House has great daily specials.
From open until 2:00 they have something that I usually get that is called the meatloaf which is 7.99.
They also have drink specials some locations have a small outdoor area.
They also have outlets under the bar .
The zingers are good , wings also .Prices are pretty good , especially during happy hour .

Going to Miller's is an all around fantastic experience every time. Gabby was friendly and efficient with great recommendations. Brent the manager was attentive and checked in throughout the night. The zingers are a favorite.

My boyfriend and I came for dinner yesterday and our server was Jules, she was the sweetest server I have ever had! She deserves so much praise!

UPDATE: pleasantly surprised Miller Ale House called, I appreciate that my concern was heard. Looking forward to eating more wings as I love their food and their Osso Bucco. As I've mentioned before, staff and their service is always good.

UPDATE: Had 3 orders of chicken wings because (it was wing wednesday).

Was disappointed because it was very obvious that the chicken wings were not fresh, even had freezer burn i believe. (The fried chicken wings has large white spots, even though it was cooked). One of the orders of chicken wings was really bad, i ate a piece, and i thought it was that one piece, but had another and it really tasted funky).. had it replaced. (we paid for all our orders, I felt bad complaining because we love eating there.) It became a take out because it does take a while to make a new batch of chicken wings, which is understandable. (all three orders of chicken did not taste fresh and had the same white patches on them but that one order was quite inedible)

Went home, it was extra fried which we liked, but like the same order, the chicken was bad. I only realized that i had to complain because normally id let it go, but that same night i had a bad allergic reaction. I already took an allergy pill before eating as a preemptive measure. I do it because when poultry or seafood is not fresh i get hives, normally I don't get a problem when eating. But sadly, even if i took my allergy pill, it gave me bad hives/allergic reaction after eating it.

I was told that that branch changed chicken suppliers. And that miller ale house baltimore pike do not freeze their chicken... so it means their supplier freezes it and supplied a freezer burned chicken.

I love your wings. Your staff is great, the service is great.. but please tell the new chicken supplier to supply themwith decent chicken. Thank you

I went in for a quick bite with my mom and our server Jules was amazing!!! I definitely will be asking for her every time! She had the perfect recommendations!

Hi! I’m Jen and I treated myself...again.

This time I had the nachos. Everyone can’t do nachos but Miller’s has not been added to my approved list for nachos. Try them....I was not disappointed.

I then ordered the Cue Bacon Burger. Great job Miller’s. Depending on what you order dessert is not an option unless it is to go. But I was satisfied with today’s selections and am proud of those nachos. Keep going Miller’s.

Chelsea is a rockstar behind the bar. We come every Wednesday to see her and grab some food and her service is always beyond attentive.
