Big Spring Pharmacy

I must admit that when I switched to this pharmacy from Walmart I was a bit frustrated. Because Walmart has the nicest refill software I’ve ever dealt with, simply automated texting you when it’s time to refill and so on.
After figuring out how this facility does things, I’ve had a good experience, and the staff is usually pretty nice. The number to call to refill is a fairly simple process to. So I’m glad to be supporting them. And not to mention the drive through window for picking up prescriptions! That is the greatest part, guess I’m too lazy to get out of my vehicle.😄

Always a courteous, knowledgeable staff. They care about the customers and it makes a real difference.

We pulled into the drive through with literally 2 minutes left until they were closing. My daughters flu test had just come back positive and Urgent Care sent a prescription to the pharmacy as we were pulling into the parking lot. The pharmacist filled the prescription even though it was closing time by then and the assistant working the window was very kind and sympathetic. My daughter was feeling horrible so their kindness was much appreciated and we were grateful to not have to wait until the next day to get her medicine.

I pay a little more for prescriptions here but the convenience of being so close to the Doctor's office makes up for it. I also like to support local businesses.
