Very happy with Lou's! They buy, sell and repair jewelry as well as their pawn service. After a relative passed away, my wife wanted to sell an inherited item that she assumed was costume jewelry. Lou's bought it from her for much more than she expected, since it turned out it was real gold! We were impressed with their honesty and integrity! They have also repaired broken necklaces and watches for us, at reasonable prices. A manager, Charlene, is very friendly and helpful. She makes special efforts to provide good service.

Mike and David are the best. Whenever I am low on cash, they always help me. I pawn my jewelry and that set me up nice! Great customer service and wonderful gentleman. The best.

My experience at Lou's was great. The customer service from both Lou and David was very pleasant.

Saw a commercial for Lou's and had to check it out. Got a parking spot right out front and walked in. So much cool stuff!! Was going to stop by and was there for over an hour! I picked up some old school Flyers memorabilia and some cool knives! The employees were helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable. I wasn't selling anything on this trip, but saw a few people come in with items and walk out with cash and they all looked happy with the deal. Will be back to buy and sell!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and the pay out is always right. I have been coming to the shop as far back as 1986 and still going. Keep up the good work!

I haven't been to Lou's in a while but Charlene and her co-worker were just as friendly and happy to see me which made me feel right at home. I hope they continue to keep those two employees , they are an asset to Lou's.

I just wanted to say it was my first time and I was upset because the store next door the service was terrible but that will be a different review.. when I walked in Mike greeted me kindly and brought out a smile, he gave me exactly what I needed which was information on a ring I inherited he answer all my questions and explained in detail I appreciate you Mike thanks for making me smile 😃 😊- Karen

It can feel a little intimidating when you first walk-in at times. However, the staff is very helpful and fair. Their prices are responsible and they will work with you! Overall I feel they are not out to get over on anyone but to make a living... If you are looking to purchase good quality jewelry at a fair price Lou's is the place to visit! Also, if you're looking to barrow against your jewelry check Lou's out first. I think you'll make it you last stop!

Lou's has always been one of the best pawn shops around. Straight up honest and fair. Two thumbs up 👍 👌 Remember, they are a business and need to make money also. They can't buy items for retail or Ebay prices as it would put them out of business. Furthermore you can't compare Ebay prices to realistic prices as many people selling on the site are trying to squeeze as much out of you as they can.

Best Pawn Shop in Town. I went to store to sell my jewelry that was already there! I spoke to Charlene who seen I didn’t want to really get rid of it. So I was able to be loaned the money I needed while they still were able to keep my items until I come pick them up. They are Awesome and helped me out A lot. They are the best!!!!!

The owners/employees are very courteous and professional. The pricing is fair and they explain what their offers are based on, which isn't the retail value, but the resale & materials value. My transaction was more than satisfactory and everything was explained in clear detail. I highly recommend them.
