This store and it's employees are amazing. I was greeted immediately and we started finding the right shoes for me right away. Corey was the employee that helped me and she was amazing. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She brought out excellent options for my needs, and taught me things I'd never known before, like back-lacing. My experience was fantastic, I left With a perfect pair of shoes for me, and feeling safe with their return guarantee. I'd absolutely visit this store again for any of my shoe or insert needs.

This Fleet Feet has the best staff. I own a gym about 50 minutes away and I send anyone who has shoe questions to the pros at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg. They’re friendly and knowledgeable every time I go and I always have a positive experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get the right shoes that feel the best.

David was amazing at what he does. Extremely knowledgeable and really took all the time and went above and beyond to get me into the right pair of shoes. If that wasn't enough I pulled on the doors not checking the time and rather than having to come back he let me in early and we got to work. Amazing customer service

Fleet Feet provided excellent service and they have a really good selection of sneakers. I am difficult to fit, but the sales person was patient and helped me find shoes that fit well.

Have you ever tried on a pair of shoes and just felt like you already owned them? Like they were made for your feet? That's what it's like to shop at Fleet Feet. I had no idea I had narrow heels that required me to back lace my shoes to prevent rubbing until I used the Fleet Feet fit check scanner. I also had no idea that I was wearing the wrong shoe size! I run - a lot. Shoes (and good socks) matter, but I also wear sneakers every where I go. My feet are so happy. Thank you Fleet Feet. I'll be back when I need my next pair. Good shoes and personal service on getting the right fit are totally worth the trip "across the river" when I need new shoes.

From the minute I stepped in the store I was greeted and quickly helped. I believe the gentleman's name was David - super friendly and gave me an education about my feet and what sneakers would fit best. Loved the option of trying many pairs on with and without inserts. Was an overall great shopping experience as well as the 60 day try them out guarantee is a plus. It was an investment but I love the shoes I purchased!

I came in for the first time to get a new pair of running shoes. I worked with Shelby for the fitting, she was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. I'm a few weeks into a half marathon training plan, and the shoes have been great. I'm sure I'll be back again for a new pair when the time comes!

Visited Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg to pick up a new pair of road shoes and trail shoes. As always, the team is quick to greet you and meet your needs. When visiting the store it is like seeing friends and family because of the culture of the business and great people they hire. I always leaving feeling great about my purchase and pleased to be supporting a locally owned small business.

Wonderful, helpful staff who were able to assist in guiding me to a new pair of running shoes. I was able to try on many shoes of different brands which was super helpful. Associate was very kind and helpful and was able to answer questions I had.

Went in to get fitted and sized. The employee named Summer she was absolutely amazing with helping myself and my fiance get the right shoes for our needs. She took the time to explain everything and gave us a boat load of options to try on and select from. This store had absolutely amazing customer service.

This has got to be THE BEST running shop ever. I bought a pair of running shoes from them two weeks ago and they were killing my back. I figured I was out $150 because never have I bought shoes that could be exchanged after being worn. I called and spoke to Fred who told me they had a 60-day return policy even if the shoes were worn and run in. So, I take them back into the store, meet David, and he not only happily took the shoes for the exchange but he spent all the time needed to scan my feet, personally pick out shoes that would be a good fit to not have back pain again, helped me try them on, and got me squared away. I cannot commend this team enough and most certainly will not be buying running shoes anywhere else ever again! Thanks so much!

100% would recommend. After days trying to find a shoe store to accommodate the type of shoe that would be best for my childs feet, I found the store I will be shopping at from now on, not only for my child but my entire family. This store has the technology to show you how your feet type are & shoes specific to your feet type. It was perfect and releived alot of frustration & stress. The store representative at this location, Lisa who helped us, was super nice and so helpful! My child was so happy when he left the store with the shoes on his feet!Thank you again!

I always get the best fitting shoes at Fleet Feet. They measure your feet, watch you walk, make a few suggestions, and take their time helping you try on the shoes. At my most recent visit I ended up purchasing a pair of awesome shoes from a company I never heard of before.

All of the staff at Fleet Feet are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Most importantly, though, they are friendly and patient with the customers. They truly want to help you find the shoe that is right for you, and want you to take your time if doing so. I can’t recommend them enough!

I'm a distance runner and go through shoes quickly. I only trust fleet feet. Employees are amazing and so kind. If I have any issues with a shoe they exchange within a certain period of time. I also love the rewards program, very generous
