Staff was very kind and caring! I got checked in, went to x-ray promptly, and was immediately taken back to a room. My total time there was about 45 minutes (including a delay due to a check-in computer needing rebooted). Thank you Kathy Mueller PA-C and staff for a great experience!!!

Natalie R. Ryan was absolutely amazing!! She took very good care of me and my finger that was shut in a car door. I don’t think I would have been able to manage it if she wasn’t so helpful and caring. Even when I started to feel sick she stopped to make sure I was okay and comfortable first, and did everything to make me feel the least amount of pain. Greatly appreciated!

Walk-in process was easy. Staff were wonderful and kind. Cody was very detailed in his explanation of what was going on with my pain. I appreciate the time and effort in the care they all provided.

The PA that saw me to explain the issue with my arm was exceptional. See was very professional and knowledgeable.

Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. Gave me an injection, and I’m doing somewhat better. I maybe returning for gel shots next time if my insurance provider allows. Highly recommend this lady and this facility. Did not have to wait long and everyone was extremely nice, including the waiting patients.

The staff is kind and helpful. The providers are very knowledgeable and thorough. Most of the time the wait is very short, but they will let you know if you’ll have to wait longer.

I was very pleased with my walk in visit to OIP. After X-rays were taken, Cody Gangaware PA-C explained the type of break and recovery that I could expect. His gentle manner gave me confidence in the information concerning my care. Another staff member provided me with a boot that I will be wearing in the coming weeks of healing. My entire visit took about an hour and each staff member was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend OIP to anyone needing emergency treatment for orthopedic injury.

Colton did an excellent job of reviewing and explaining my X-rays. Simple, easy to understand and provided solutions. Colton did not over complicate or speak too technical. I would recommend OIP and Colton

On 1/11/2024 l visited OIP injury clinic due to a medical problem with my elbow, l really didn't know what to expect because my main purpose was to try and see Dr.Kim but he wasn't available.Upon entering the clinic it didn't take no time for me to get checked in and l was real pleased with the process.After being placed in the treatment room l was waiting for the doctor to come in and she did and she said l am not a doctor but a PA-C (Cori M. Davis). I just wanted to say that the professionalism,courtesy and care that l received was remarkable, she showed me my x-rays for why my elbow was the way it was and why.I am pleased that I had the opportunity to meet her and to receive such care with concern.Thank you Cori

I had the privilege of seeing the team at the Harrisburg OIP location, otherwise known as the "Ouch Clinic". Despite the fact that I came in grumbling profanities due to severe pain and poor drivers, I was met with kindness and patients. I must say that, as someone who has been seeking continuing help for severe chronic pain conditions, I've seen my fair share new-to-me doctors and specialists but meeting with Dakota Edmostin was the rush of hope I needed in the Healthcare field. He was kind, thorough, empathetic, and listened to every little thing I had to say or ask. I cried tears of joy as I walked out because it was just so unbelievably nice to feel like one of my doctors cared about me. I was given excellent care and I'm genuinely looking forward to my follow up appointments.

The Dr was so very nice, the facility is very respectable. The visit was amazing with the female Dr that he was with. Will definitely come back if needed.

I went into the OIP center and was helped immediately. Very friendly staff. A doctor saw me and I was given the shot for the pain. Again all professional people who work hard to make your visit as swift as possible and listen to what your in there for.

Took my 3 yo for X-rays. Whole staff was super friendly. They talked to him and made him feel safe in a scary situation. 😊

Dakota Edmiston, PA was great! Very personable and thorough. He explained everything clearly and helped get me the additional testing I needed right away.

Hidden gem of Harrisburg Dr. Cody Gangaware saved my life very greatful for the time he took reviewing the x-rays I received from them. God bless him.
