Quality Inn

It seems like a lot of people in the comments section like to complain. My name is Ariel and I just moved in. The staff here is amazing they're very kind and go out of their way for you. There's always food downstairs in the refrigerator for the people who are unfortunate and hungry. From someone who has struggled to keep a stable home, my husband and I are very grateful. Having a roof over your head is better than not having a roof over your head. To the people who complain about the rooms how about turn a negative situation into a more positive by making it feel like home whether you are staying here for a couple days or living here.

The location was perfect. Main street has a variety of stores walking distance from the hotel. Customer service was incredible - such nice people. The rooms were clean and we'll kept for the cheap price. The breakfast was great as well! Only thing they can improve on was house keeping and getting a bigger gym space.

Free parking. Friendly staff. Small hotel but pretty clean and all you would need for a nights stay at a hotel. Free breakfast which has sausage eggs bagels juice cereal yogurt and more which is amazing for the price as well. There is also a small pool and gym. The gym even has a water cooler for water as well.

The management team, especially Paula and the cleaning team are AWESOME!! If you want friendly and efficient service this is the place to stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was fabulous for my needs. I stayed at this Quality Inn for 12 weeks for work and when I return to the beautiful town of Rutland again this will be where I stay!!

Paula (manager?) was absolutely wonderful in helping my family out of a rough situation.... (where another local hotel could offer no option), Paula walked me through booking a room online on Expedia for my daughter-in-law traveling from MN to Maine and out of $ until her paycheck got deposited at midnight. Thank you so much for letting everyone sleep well knowing they were safe and not sleeping in her car!
Great customer service!

Clean, good mattress and very friendly and helpful staff, especially the nice gentleman in the complimentary breakfast area. He made my waffle and served it to me, he even offered fresh sausages and hash browns when he made them. I've never seen that.

Rooms are nice clean and comfortable!! Everyone I've came in contact with here is very nice.. However there is one in particular that stands out very sweet lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me they are so lucky to have her ty again for everything Paula

This is my final and third review....the staff recommended the restaurant 99 for our dinner....my daughter and I are picky. It was a short walk from the hotel and was absolutely delicious. I will stay here again as needed. Our experience was 100% perfect 😊

Friendly receptionist, pretty nice place for the price you pay, not a fancy hotel but hey for a motel where we all just wanna shower and sleep it definitely works. Thumbs up, gr8 place I would Definitely recommend it of you were looking into a place to stay. #mill basin rocks!

I'm homeless and when they did not really have a room open they made one open available although he didn't want to put me in the room because it was not fully done for me I was so thankful and the friendliness the service desk gentleman was to search for a opening at another hotel so I had a place to stay it made me cry almost for the kind heart that he helped me and welcomed me thank you so much quality inn I enjoyed my stay I would recommend this place it's worth the stay beautiful friendly and they offer so much they have a in doors pool and a breakfast area to eat and read the newspaper every morning

My stay here was great. Paula at the front desk was terrific and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay there was comfortable.
