Prompt friendly service. Very knowledgeable about all of the products that they have for professionals and all do-it-yourselfers. John and Rich were both so very helpful and took the time to explain what I need and how to take the proper steps to make sure that my project would go well with a great outcome. The store manager was great too and her associates really like her.

Great color selection, extremely helpful online quiz to choose colors--what do you want when you enter your home--my result was the nurture palette, and I love every color that we've used. Plus, the customer service cannot be beat. Don't risk getting the wrong advice at a hardware store-go to the experts at Sherwin Williams.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I mentioned a color that I saw in a magazine the store clerk went right to the paint swatches and found the color in seconds. He mixed me up a sample to try to make sure I was happy with it.

Knowledgeable staff, quick turn around on phone orders. Products are often more expensive than competitors but are very high quality and the service provided is well worth it making the final cost excellent value.

If you are in the Meadville, PA area, ask for Karen at the Meadville store. She was very good!! She helped us with what seemed like an enormous task of figuring out what colors of paint to use in an addition we are completing.

Very good Sherwin Williams, bought all my house paint, barn paint, and shed paint there. I have speciality interior paint that they where very helpful for the diy crowd. Way better than the Grove City shop
