My daughter and I were traveling home to Montana from the Boston area, where we’d visited my almost 90-year-old mom. We had some previous car trouble on the XC trip and were disheartened to have a new issue develop with a detached splash guard interfering with our tire turning.
It was a Saturday afternoon and we called the Lock Haven, PA Steve Shannon looking for help. They were open and took us right away. James took great care of us, fixing the problem, and getting us back on the road. We were impressed by the service and kindness extended to us on a hot summer afternoon. We can’t thank the staff enough and would highly recommend James and the Lock Haven Steve Shannon to anyone in the area or passing through!

Fantastic service. Rolled in on a blown tire and they fixed me within 20 min even though they were busy. Attendant was super helpful explaining why a new tire was needed since the other couldn't be fixed. They have earned my business from here on out.

completely shredded a tire on our trailer we were a little over 3 hours from home and the staff was more than helpful. Super nice and had two new tires on and spare set up in about a half hour. prices were very reasonable also. Whenever we are in the area if we have any auto issues this is my new go too A+.

I went to Steve Shannon’s to get my car inspected and they discovered an exhaust leak. They ordered the part needed and had my car fixed and inspected the next day within the hour basically. Great service!

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful. Didn’t push unnecessary work, which happens a lot when you’re a female taking your vehicle to a garage. Advised on things to fix in near future, but didn’t pressure me to have the work done there. Would definitely recommend their shop!

I had a wonderful experience with Steve Shannon auto. They saw my car to replace a tire with no notice needed. I had a short wait and there were no issues with them having the tire I needed on hand. The customer service was exceptional and rare. James was wonderful at his job and very professional.

Great group of guys in there! James and technician I believe (Hummel) were awesome with putting new tires on and SHOWING me the issues with my vehicle. The folks at Shannon Tires are the best: helpful, friendly, courteous. They tell you what needs to be done and how long it will take and then keep their promises.

My service was excellent, wait period was close to what was expected, staff was polite and informative. I was only in for basic inspection but was told certain things passed without a problem, they were starting to show wear and I should be aware. I feel staff was honest, work was good.

We needed emergency tire replacement during a long road trip. Staff at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto got us into the shop on short notice, got our repairs completed quickly and had us on our way. We were impressed with their response and professionalism.

I went in to get left front tire inflated due dash alert of low pressure...I asked to make appt and the guy said it's a "walk-in" no appt needed...so I do the repair now...so he said 30 minutes there was a vehicle ahead of me...I said OK..I went for a walk and in the meantime truck got in and the technician got started ...I got back and I could see through a window the tire was off rim but the technician was not working on it but helping someone else bring a vehicle into another stall and delayed helping that technician with that job....just to say it felt it took forever for this to get done...it used to be take nail out put the rubber sticky string on the tire hole sealer needle(I don't know what it's called) plug tire...reinflate tire & check for leaks...put wheel back on vehicle...done... but now it's a longer process take tire off vehicle... tire off rim ...fix nail hole...tire back on rim & check for leaks & rebalance the tire...wheel back on vehicle ...done. In my opinion... one job ..one technician & stay on that job.. "no distractions"...the customer may have time but not that much time...just do the job and get it done now.

Super impressed! Flat tire on my RV three hours away from home. I drove to the nearest service center. Alan and Nate went over and above to get me a new tire to the garage where my rig was. Fast, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced and sooo helpful!

Outstanding service !! My wife have had our cars to them several times, they are responsive to our schedules and needs. They are always polite and straightforward. We intend coming here for years to come. Great work, thank you all again for taking good car of our vehicles.

Outstanding job, as was anticipated. Workmanship and attention to detail are always on top, along with excellent customer service. Prices are not the cheapest but not too expensive either. You get what you pay for. I can highly recommend them.

They were very accommodating and they fixed my flat at the end of the day. Two gentlemen stayed late to help get me back on the road. Highly recommend them.
