We have taken a few vehicles to be repaired or diagnosed to figure out the problem. Hands downs awesome service from the front desk to the technicians. We were extremely surprised the technician called us to describe the issue and how to resolve it. Awesome customer service and a phenomenal quality job. We will continue using them for all our vehicle needs.

Recently bought a car from Keisers and it was a great experience. No pressure to buy and fully disclosed all of the information they had on it. Started going to Keiser’s about a year ago and have not been disappointed. They are a family run business who are honest and patient when explaining what is wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend. Also there is a super cute doggie that is in the office!

Keiser is a terrific place to bring in your car for service. The staff is friendly and they cater to the needs of the customer. They aren’t there to sell beyond your needs but will give you their honest concerns for you as a customer. I’ve never bought a vehicle from Keiser but I see their rotation is always “fluid” which tells me cars are coming and going fast. Oh and they have legit coffee!!! Stop on in!!!

I recently bought my first car from Keiser's Automotive and could not recommend this place more! Brindle and her family were extremely helpful in walking me through the car-buying process. Prior to purchasing the car, I was able to test drive it. They had the car set up and detailed for me before I arrived. The car was brought to the front of the building and ready for me to check it out as soon as I got there so I did not have to wait for anyone. Brindle was in constant communication with me during this whole process and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was also very flexible when it came to choosing a test drive time and worked with my schedule. In addition, the staff could not be more friendly. Hands down the best car buying experience I have had. Friendly staff and quick processing. From arrival to leaving with the vehicle was less than an hour and that includes my test drive.
