Dunkin'

The drive thru is always quick and the employees are nice. I have family members that visit and always say how much they love this Dunkin compared to theirs.

Love the coffee, I always just go in the drive thru is always long but that's dd everywhere.

First time I stopped here. There is a college hear by so there were a lot of young adults around. Everyone was nice and courteous. The employees were putting out a lot of orders so the wait was minimal.

I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin for roughly 5 years. If Theresa Miller is working, I am guaranteed a correct order, a smile and a positive exchange, and a “Have a great day, Momma” regardless of how many people are in there. Time and time again, she is consistent and the rest of the crew does just as well. I wanted to personally give her a 5 star review, because so many days I’m not ready for the day or slightly stressed and she makes sure to start my day with some brightness and kindness. People like her are rare and she deserves the acknowledgment ❤

Lock Haven DD always gets my orders correct. I order multiple times per week for walk in pick up mobile app orders.
Always delicious and I'm thrilled that it's Butter Pecan season again. 😋

The staff are amazing and friendly and always say hello to me and ask me how I have been.

The donuts & all other food items are always cooked just right and exactly how they should be.

I’ve been to few other dunkin stores in the surrounding areas and those other stores always mess my order up or burn the food or something goes wrong. Not this store though!!
They are on point everyday!

Every time I go to this store they make my coffee exactly how I love it and it tastes so amazing every time!!
Again other dunkin stores I’ve been to around never make my coffee right either whereas
the Lock Haven Dunkin never fails to make it exactly as ordered and the way it is supposed to be but better!!

I highly recommend this particular Dunkin store as I am a huge fan of Dunkin in general and this is the only store I’ve ever had such a great experience at every time I go!!
I make it a point not to go to any other stores but this one in Lock Haven because they go above and beyond!!

The lady that took our order was so sweet. She was very kind to my little nephew, she made it a great breakfast.

Fast and friendly staff, clean lobby,excellent coffee!! Donuts made in store and always fresh!! Yum!!
(UPDATE 4.27.23 parking is limited but so worth it, Butter Pecan is back and doesn't disappoint!! Worth a few extra minutes for perfect coffee boost!!)

I wanted to surprise my kids this morning before I got home

The people here are great but the delivery drivers for them are arrogant idiots who need knocked out. Everytime they are there in the mornings they are miserable and yelling at customers. I got sick of them and quit going here for morning coffee because I almost left with assault charges more then once.

One of my favorite stops. Good service and prompt. They really hustle and are often very busy.

Ok have to say. Dunkin is Dunkin. But if you do Dunkin then you know there are some you would prefer to avoid and there are some you will drive a little further to get to them. Well this location is a MUST! They were so busy. Well organized. On target with orders. Fast and efficient. Food was hot. Drinks were cold & hot. More importantly they were fresh, and made the way we requested. I tipped and thanked them for a job well done!

I'm a bit of a "Dunkie Junkie" so I hit up DD way more often than I care to admit. This location is generally fast, friendly, and accurate with orders. I frequently use the app, and my items have been ready for me upon my arrival with few issues. Good product, friendly staff, and fast service - plus coffee!! It's a perfect place to visit!

I just wanna shout out to the Dunkin’ Donuts for being amazing even though your drive-through was slammed I came in I was greeted with a smile, and got excellent service.

Whoever was running the drive-through and the cashier, what a kind gentleman you are my friend. Thank you for being amazing in the service industry. I also work in the industry & since the pandemic people have lost all touch with reality of how to be a good human lol.

My munchkins were amazing & my coworkers were thankful for the sugar snack lol. My egg & cheese croissant was also amazing!

Excellent customer service... Last time I went, there was a line wrapped around the building and a Lobby full of waiting people. Even that morning, I think I was in and out in under 10 minutes. And our group did not have a small order. The lady that works the drive thru in the mornings, I think her name is Wendy, she will always brighten your day!

This is the best dunkin in the area in my opinion. Employees are always nice and helpful. Food and drinks are consistent which I definitely appreciate.

I rarely get bad service here. The morning crew is the best. I drive taxi so it is important to be able to get through the drive through quickly. And they are always pleasant and prompt with my order.

Love Dunkin, and always trying their new products. But crazy long lines around 745-8am, so if you want it then I suggest you walk inside to get it. Inside is fast and usually friendly employees. Plus they always have cute travel mugs and different merchandise inside you can purchase.

The lines can get CRAZY busy but the staff work hard and move people through as fast as possible, even walk-in service. Always friendly!
