We were assigned to Holly when our former agent retired. Holly is very knowledgeable of the policies and options within Allstate. She is courteous, patient and responsive to our inquiries. I appreciate her gentle recommendations that aren't aggressive sales - she lets us decide. A great agent working on our behalf.

Friendly and helpful staff. They had a dog that would not stop barking, making it difficult to hear one another. I don't think a barking dog should be in a place of business, but other than that, staff was very attentive to my insurance inquiry.
