From the phone call with Billy to book our room to the check in with Billy and him promptly changing our room when the tv didn’t work, everything was 5 star service.
The beds were comfortable. The location is in a beautiful setting with mountain view’s. The breakfast was great with lots of options , seating and very well kept. Will definitely stay here again!

Super comfortable bed and affordable too. The breakfast was very good! Highly recommend this hotel. Billy checked us in and did a wonderful job. The pool might need drained and fresh water put it, but definitely would stay here again on my way through Route 80 in PA. Thanks for a great night's sleep!

We were supposed to stay next door as that's where we had points, but that place was a dump. SOOOO we went over to Hampton Inn and Suites and it was so clean and nice. Way more expensive than it should have been in my opinion (over $300 for one night), but considering the only other alternative in the area, and not sleeping in a room full of bugs, I acquiesced. I would recommend this hotel if you're in the area and need a place to stay.

My car broke down on I-80 during a snowstorm at 10 pm on a Friday, about two miles down the freeway from this hotel. I had a cat and dog and cockatiels with me, as well as my slightly terrified teenage son. The night desk manager Natise reassured me that they would let us stay for however long we needed, even though I found out later that this hotel doesn't allow birds at all. They knew we were trapped 150 miles from home and didn't have great options, so they made an exception. We did our best to be polite and quiet. Now we know for future reference we probably can't stay here because we usually travel with the birds, but I will always be grateful that they saved us during the worst storm in two years.

The other staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful. We refused maid service the whole time but they always checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Also there were free water bottles and snacks to purchase. The free breakfast is pretty great too. The beds are some of the more comfortable ones I've had to sleep on and the rooms are stocked with fridges and microwaves. All in all, not a bad place to be trapped for several days.

I don't normally review hotels or inns, Corporate or franchises, but this place was really nice.
this place had the fastest check-in out of any hotel I have been in it only took 2 to 3 minutes.
And the servers were super nice.
There was also a nice mountain range view facing the hotel.
Theres a gas station and dunkin nearby the hotel as well.

We were traveling to the east coast from the mid-west and stopped here overnight. The hotel is so clean, updated, and Crystal at the front desk was so friendly. Our room was clean, bed was comfy, view was beautiful. The kitchen staff at breakfast the next morning were so friendly and happy to greet everyone. We will absolutely stay here in the future :)

I am really happy with this stay. Ryan Chapman greated me and has been very helpful with things around the hotel and outside for various questions I have had.
It's a good half way spot for where I need to go and based on this stay I will be returning.

Got stranded in Lamar with car trouble while traveling to Pittsburgh with my wife, our 2 year old son and infant daughter. The staff was wonderful helping us get a pack n play on check-in and a late check-out time the next day so we could focus on finding a garage that could repair our car on short notice.

We were there to visit Penn's Cave, which was AMAZING!
The staff at the hotel were so very nice, from the young lady with the short hair who checked us in late Friday night to the people running around during breakfast keeping the place clean and the food trays filled.
The room was just OK. The bed was comfy, as was the pull-out. It was very clean. All of the lights were incredibly bright in the room with no dimmers and there were only 2 USB ports for charging.
The pool was cold but clean, hot tub was great, and there were plenty of towels.
The sausage patties and omelets were wonderful and the waffle bar was amazing. The gentleman working the breakfast area 4/1/2023 and 4/2/2023 was helpful, kind, and worked so fast and so hard!
The coffee was good and tea selection was nice. I didn't find a filtered water bottle refill station though. No recycling bins.
I appreciated that the lobby TV is "to be kept on The Weather Channel"! Keep it neutral and friendly!

Easy off and on the highway, and one of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. Great customer service, too. Glad I got snowed in here.

OK, it isn't the FourSeaons, but it was super clean, very spacious, friendly, helpful, and comfortable. Of course, it wasn't perfect, but it's evident that the employees work hard and care about what they do and how the visitors feel. The surrounding area is worth the trip, skip the pool and certain breakfast items and focus on all the good they do. The rates were exceptional, and everyone is welcome. Im pretty sure I was dining with a room full of truckers and I felt safe and respected. When people work hard, I feel proud to be an American. All personal choices are irrelevant when you prove to be responsible, helpful and hardworking.

Always a nice, clean stay. The pool and hot tub both work. Breakfast is awesome. Plus they usually have cookies and always acknowledge our reward member status. Brown's Tavern nearby has a great dinner menu and you can walk there.

We stopped here overnight as a halfway point on our trip. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and the perfect way for my kids to let off some energy after hours in the car.

Had to stay here spontaneously because the roads were so bad from snow. Luckily there were rooms available and it was very affordable! Clean, comfortable, had a really nice sized mini fridge. Power even went out and they had a generator! Front desk employee was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was really good. We can't believe how much we lucked out!!
