He took My Fiancé’s Sako A7 6.5 Creedmoor and Snake Skinned the Barrel, along with Polishing up the Fluting (which I didn’t expect). He not only did an over over amazing job but He also did it in decent time frame, and made it very convenient to get it to Him and pick it up! Also He’s very good on responding to any questions and pricing quotes through Facebook Messenger! And I give a 5 star rating only because I can’t select more, or I’d give Him a 10 star rating so would My Fiancé!

The gun fix did a fantastic job putting a muzzle break on my 300 wsm!
The turnaround time was very reasonable.

THE BEST GUNSMITH IN THE REGION!!!

I took a brand new $300 barrel and $80 muzzle device to The Gun Fix for a pin and weld. This is what I got back. The weld is pitted due to improper welding technique and then he hit the new barrel with a grinder, because he can't weld and missed the device. He doesn't think there is anything wrong with this, and wouldn't offer compensation. He says it will function just fine. So, be warned. If he ruins the cosmetics of your firearm, he'll do nothing for you as long as it works. He accused me of trying to swindle money out of his business.
He did not offer to buy the barrel from me. That is a flat out lie. He told me to take it to his friend's gunshop, and see what he thought. I wonder how that conversation would have gone? I ended up selling the barrel for a $200 total project loss to someone willing to fix it. If he had offered to buy it I never would have taken this abomination home. The picture of his work speaks for itself. Absolute trash.
