Nice buying experience with an automated process where I never visited a showroom before taking my Tesla Model Y delivery, the delivery was also smooth with less time at the showroom and more time with our new family member :)

Picked up a Model S today. Test drove one last month and all my interactions with the West Chester staff (Jessica, Sean and Tiffany) were first rate. Even today when I picked it up, they offered a demo ride to try out the autopilot while I waited for my car to be ready.

Been here for service twice now as driver side had to be fixed for a whistle sound and both times it was prompt service and very streamlined. This service center is a bit further away from me but I will definitely be returning!

Used this location to purchase my new Model 3. From start to finish, Jessica, Cody and Jess were outstanding. Knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, friendly and easy to work with. True professionals the entire time and it was the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ask for them when buying a Tesla and you will not regret it!

I had the car (model 3) in for a service appointment ( Bluetooth connection issue). The service team was able to fix it along with other issues - replace refrigerant pressure sensors. Also topped off windshield fluid and aired up the tires. I prefer this center over the one in Devon. Also -Nice coffee, bathrooms and WiFi.

Today's visit was the best service I have experienced in the more than 3 years I have owned my car. The Service reps listened to my concerns, addressed each one specifically and provided complete explanations regarding the solutions. Never have I received this total and completely competent attention. I am very grateful. Also, the new car reps were very attentive provided specific clarification regarding my questions involving potential acquisition of total autonomous driving options, particularly BETA requirements, as well as answering my questions regarding the newest Tesla models. Very delighted and pleased with their service. Thank you.

Location is comfortable for waiting for a repair. There is a shopping center and convenience store walking distance. Service advisor was polite and communicative. Car was received back in the same condition as when I dropped it off after a relatively invasive service. I couldn’t be more pleased and will make this my location of choice for future service.

We scheduled a Test drive, showed up. Early and it was ready for us. The sales people were knowledgeable and ended up making a reservation and are excited to get our new EV.

Quality work, and friendly staff that keeps you in the loop every step of the way during the service. Waiting area is roomy & clean, and the dealership itself is right next to a market plaza if you'd rather spend the 1-2 hours shopping/walking around.

First time using this SC in my five years of owning Teslas. BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH TESLA EVER! The Service Advisors were courteous, customer service oriented, attentive and took time to listen to concerns. They kept me updated on the vehicle and what they intended to do to address the concerns. The technicians were DETAILED, THOROUGH and FIXED the issues brought to them CORRECTLY. TESLA needs to take an example from this SC and how they do things and deploy it throughout the company. I spoke more to the Advisors about my car here then I have talked to any service advisor at Tesla in my entire time of owning Tesla vehicles. The treatment I received here is red carpet compared to Lancaster or Mechanicsburg. (very dismissive and they just do not care at these locations). I watched as an elderly lady came in with a dead fob for her Model X and the two guys were just respectful and courteous. THIS IS what you expect from a car company that sells cars at this price point. I will be using this SC going forward. It is 1.5 hours from home but WELL WORTH the time to drive there. Thank you guys for the great service provided.

Just had my tires rotated here and it was a pleasant and easy experience! If you are going for service then you just park your car under the service awning and leave your key card in an envelope past the doors. You have to walk past the doors until you see the black mailbox to drop off your card. Depending on which way you’re coming from, your Tesla navigation will tell you to do a u turn to get on the right road. Be ready for that. The people here were very nice as well. I much prefer this location compared to the horrible parking lot in Devon.

Clean and efficient service center. Easy access to Giant, Wawa, Burger King, etc while you wait. Or they offer Uber credits to get around.

Great service from the new service center. I was in and out in under 1 hour for a minor fix. Devon is great but I'm going here for service. It was the old range Rover dealer for location reference.

Place, food, and service was excellent. We were there for lunch, l had great onion soup and a Caesar salad, highly recommend.
