I've had Bill (Budget Artist) take photos of my daughter twice now, and both photo sessions and results were amazing! He was able to capture her as an infant and now as a toddler on the go! His prices are very reasonable and his website offers a nice selection of photo packages or single photos to order. I would highly recommend Budget Artist Photography to anyone in and around Lock Haven!

Amazing Experience! He did wonderfully with our two year old daughter! The pictures came out better than i could have wished for! We will definitely be coming back for more, as well as referring to all of our friends and family!
