Original Italian Pizza

The pizza roll was huge and cooked perfectly! And the Italian hoagie was delicious and filling.

My husband and I go there on a regular basis. We love it. Good food and very adorable prices. We usually get the subs because we love the bread, but when we do get something else like pizza or pasta it's just as good.

Was in the area visiting family and they took us in for an early dinner. Fantastic! Everything was just really delicious. Would totally be a regular spot for me if I lived there!! Must stop if you're in Lock Haven!

I haven't been here in awhile so I was pleasantly surprised to see they remodeled. Its very quaint and Italian looking. The food is as good as ever. Menu variety is nice many options in subs, pizza and burgers plus meals. They have great appetizers including fried pickle spears which were fantastic. They have a large beer selection but only one flavor of malt cooler which disappointed me.

Stopped in for lunch during the boat regatta and we're glad we did. The service was great and the food was even better. Perfect sized pizza for the kids and the homemade Italian bread they use for their sandwiches is out of this world. The grilled chicken hot sub was amazing as were the pizza steaks. If you're in town for an event or during a trip to the college - check this place out!

We stopped by with a group of friends during a motorcycle ride. We shared two large calzones. Delicious! 😋😋

This is definitely my favorite Italian restaurants in the area! Their bread is so fresh I crave it, their sandwiches are so big that I usually end up taking half of it home I cannot finish it all. Their pizza is also excellent, and the staff is so nice! I would recommend anyone to go here!

I used to eat here at least once a week. Since starting school hasn't been visiting as much. Food is always cooked to perfection. Never takes forever either. The wait staff is extremely nice and the cooks are are kind to. Owner is friendly as well. Overall one of my favorite places to eat

The food was excellent, priced reasonably, and the people were super. We got into town late on a Sunday they invited us in 20 minutes before closing and fed us, awesome folks.

I Got a Cheese Steak from there yesterday it was Banging!

Took my Grandson in to dine and the food was fantastic. Waitress is always very nice...personable. Friendly Staff and a clean, relaxed atmosphere and pleasant dining experience!!

The pizza was tasty the cheese was full of flavor but very little grease. The pizza dough was Airy and had flavor to it.

Original Italian Pizza or casually sometimes called "OIP" it's been around for longer than I attended Lock Haven State College back in the '80s. They have a full array of sandwiches Pizza products appetizers for anyone's appetite to be satisfied

But I must tell you the following. I reside in the Philadelphia area where Hoagies cheesesteaks and soft pretzels are Foundation products that make Philadelphia famous among many things. In Philadelphia the importance of a roll matters for the hoagie and the cheesesteak sandwich to be exceeding in quality.

While we have plenty of rights to brag about that portion of the sandwich I am here to Proclaim that Original Italian pizzas bread is a far exceeding quality bread that they make sandwiches with. I can honestly say that of all my years eating sandwich and Hoagies, the bread that Original Italian Pizza freshly makes the sandwich many times better than the best sandwich I've tasted anywhere in Philadelphia.

I would highly recommend that if you order from The Original Italian Pizza that you have them thank you a little for two that you can take home to have for the future as well as your sandwich that you will likely enjoy!

Always a full crowd lunch and dinner times, very high reputation for their quality of food and service. My very first job started here back in 1988 when I got my working papers from high school to be able to work. Sal a very good Man. So is the Son now. I have the most respect for the family and this business.

This OIP is always stellar. I have never had an issue. I have been going here since I was young and scaping together enough money to get one of their cheesesteaks. Good prices, good people and excellent food.

Wish we had discovered this place earlier in our stay in the area. We would have gone back. Great food, friendly service, good prices & they welcomed our group of 5 even though it was fairly close to their closing time. Highly recommended.

Oil is fantastic!! I ordered a salad. Lol. It was monstrous!! Left stuffed and still plenty left. Sloop filling. Wow!! My friend ordered a ham and cheese sub Mmmm I was wishing I could have ordered that also lol where would I put it all?? Next I will try the the ham sub and yes I will revisit the oil. Keep up the good work. Very friendly.atmosphere!! God bless!!
